I like not seeing too much clutter when I'm standing over a putt. If I changed anything about this model at all, I'd personalize it by adding "cons" to the back cavity and/or the toe on the face.

BB Zero in DASS, welded long neck, Zombee's, Skulls and Crossbones, and Kool Aid men in cavity and all over the face and sole. Possibly some dead Kool Aid men??? Torched neck finish, blue flame head finish, any colorfill options they desire. 34.5'', black shaft, black deep etch grip. Doubt say there would be anything like this with the Dead Kool Aid men idea.

While everything in me WANTS to pick the DASS FCB Tour (soooo sexy....and I need that headcover!), I think the better putter for me would be either the BB56 Hexperimental Proto or the Queen B 6 Shorty Plumbers Neck in Raw finish (also incredibly sexy!). I'd lean towards the Queen B Raw, as I just love that finish, and the lettering on the sole looks so cool! I'd want it to remain pretty simple/raw, so if possible I'd just ask for "DT21" to replace the "RJB" on the heel of the face, then keep everything else as-is. I'd also settle for "DT21" written vertically on the back of the neck :)

BB Zero Flow Tour, I would put dancing Singers and Kool Aides on the sole the other portions of the putter are PERFECT! I would also add a Kool Aid Guy headcover!

I love that Bettinardi isn't afraid to get a little whimsical/goofy. If I could go all the way custom, I'd start with the QB6 head, but smooth out the head shape, so there aren't the harsh step downs on the rear flange. I'd also get rid of the sight line to clean up the look from above. As for stamping, on the bottom I have a personal logo I use that would look fantastic, and is just as fun as the kool-aid man. On the face, I'd have to go with "dat boi," because I am enormously immature. No stamping in the cavity.

All of these are gorgeous, and obviously we know that these are of the best quality out there. The one that would fit my eye, would be the BB8 Tri Stinger.

 

Beautiful finish, simple lines and personality… While a purist, I think there is definitely room to have some fun to make this a really neat customized, prized putter for decades to come.

 

Living here in Chicago would make it very easy to get out to the facility… The problem is, they may have to force me out the door!

 

I have a patriotic theme throughout my golf bag today. A simple stamping of the USA flag, or perhaps some other patriotic emblem we could get creative with. The lighter color would really let that stamping and red/blue color pop without detracting from the beauty of the putter itself.

My favorite shape is definitely the bb8. I think I would get this with a plumbers neck, but only if that's what would be best for my stroke. I would have this be left handed with some sort if raw or dark finish. With a smoked shaft and my name on the bumpers. Paint fill would depend on the finish. If it was black, I would stick to black or other dark colors, but raw would most likely be bright colors to contrast a little bit more. Not sure why, but I like that look on a rusty putter. Stamps would definitely be unique, but not over the top. I think the bettinardi tour logo on the face and cavity, and the kool aid stamp on the sole. All of these are subject to change in the actual putter, but I think this is a good start. Thank you again for the potential opportunity!

This would be an absolute dream come true. A BB8 Tri. A carbon steel oil can head with a welded stainless steel plumbers neck torched to chromatic purple/blue. Completely blank on the back except for the bumpers which read BB8 on one side and TRI on the other. A Fly Mill face with Bettinardi stamped vertically on the heel side. No sight lines at all. On the bottom, just a "Tour" stamp in one of the corners. Tiffany paint fill. Thanks!

For my ideal custom Bettinardi I would go with the following:

Head: BB0 DASS with a round top line, copper inserts on bumpers and face like the 38 Special, 44 Mag

Stamping: Poison Koolaid on the heel of the face, a Zombee or 3 in the cavity (I have a Zombee belt buckle) with a blank sole

Neck: flow neck, 3/4 shaft offset

Others: face slot, double sightline, all black paintfill

 

This would look good with my proto BB0 DASS Tour with the experimental face milling

I'm torn between a classic BB0 DASS in a Hand Flamed finish and a putter I need like a BB56 DASS.

 

 

I don't like too many colors, I would stick with White, Black, maybe Blue (possibly a little red instead of blue, not sure) I would go with a sound slot on the BB0, or a ported sound slot. I don't really do much for stampings, other than the usual Bettinardi / DASS / BB0. I think the classic stamps look best.

 

Who am I kidding, I would go with the BB0 just because it's classic!

Only real changes I would want to make is to make it a little heavier and have a sight dot on the top instead of the line. Maybe add something on the bumpers like my other custom putters, but the putter looks fantastic as is.

The only thing i would change is put a few snow dots on the Top Middle section, Milling on the face like The Queen B Steven Bowditch used a few years ago, would like to try a exotic shaft non Steel.
