I just had shoulder surgery on Friday. The day before the surgery, I ordered a Cobra F7 hybrid. I did this knowing that there’s a good chance that I won’t be able to swing a golf club this season. Sounds like a WRXer move to me.

2. When you list your driver on the BST and sell it during the middle of a round.

3. When you go through your inbox to find who bought your putter 2 years ago so you can buy it back.

When someone is selling something you post "Great seller here guys" even though you've probably never bought anything from the poster.

Claim your 15 year old driver is better than any current driver because you drive the ball 300+ yards.

Hate PXG but gets a hard on for any $4k+ Scotty putter that will never get played.

You drive 6 hours from Chicago to Central Michigan and play 90 holes in 3 days for a tournament you run. You do this with a cast on your right foot from your toes to your knee and you have to duct tape a size 14 golf sandal to the bottom of your cast daily so you don't fall on your arse every time you swing. I still fell quite a few times which was hilarious.

 

You also take the doctors discharge orders when you're alone in the ER and write on them "cleared to golf."

True story. When you decide you want to try a set up with a 4 wood and do all the research and then buy the "appropriate" club.

When it arrives take the 3 wood out to put in the spare woods bag in the storage room and only then discover that you already have the same 4 wood you bought a couple of years ago and forgot you had.
