I just brought 30 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, 6 Q-zips to Goodwill. More room in the closet for new stuff !! And I bought TM Stealth irons from the course because I loved the rentals so much !!

Bought a new shaft for my 4 wood, and right after I assembled it, without even hitting it, I bought another shaft for it.😲

i have more shafts in my closet than shoes. i have more lead tape on my clubs than a x ray jacket. i ask random golfers if they like X club in their bag. i have more DMs on instagram asking for club advice than i do 'shots taken' by women. i go to PGATSS when i need nothing.

I bought a m2 3 wood with a broken shaft, had a tip removed from a shaft that was installed in the 3 wood that’s sitting idle in spare bag in garage. Currently looking at irons AND absolutely do not need ANYTHING equipment wise. This place “sucks” sometimes 🤣

There are a few obvious ways-

1. I fly it 285 with a 100 mph swing speed. Will the newest most expensive x flex shaft get me to 300.

2. I have the newest and best clubs with a 14 handicap but my chipping just holds me back.

3. I'm a new member, made my 75 posts in 2 days and now my name is in Deal/No Deal wondering why in 30 days I haven't shipped the items that I sold that I somehow talked long term members into gifting payment for.

Have about 12 differnt driver and 3 wood shafts laying around, multiple sets of iron heads, a few sets of iron shafts, 5 differnt putters, a few golf bags, and to many utility irons and hybrids laying around. Surf ebay daily etc etc.

I almost checked a set of irons in a box on my 1 day business trip, just cause I wanted to trade them into a big box store at my destination, while on work break, and order the Callaway Paradym with the 50% bonus.

 

Instead I called Callaway from an Uber and got an RMA number to trade in said irons.

 

Also instead, I went to said big box store on my break and bought a Mizuno putter and had it shipped home.

When you hit 12/14 fairways the last time out but you still want a new driver because the sound is just a little off and you could probably find another 3 yards of distance.

I'm playing relatively well at the end of last season. Driver is working really well, so I decide to "up my game" and get a new driver. Driving now sucks ba**s and after struggling for a few months, I go to the golf shop to set this straight. After two hours, I leave.........with a new putter. Now my putting has gone down the toilet, so I am now in the market for.....new irons.

You check the location of your orders right before you sleep and first thing when you wake up. You further plan out your day for the expected arrival before you ever hit confirm on the order to make sure there's zero chance you'll miss the FedEx/UPS/USPS person.

 

You "get a feeling" and trust your gut by express shipping whatever you ordered because every day of waiting is a day of greatness lost.

The best is signing up for notifications on the tracking site and then still manually checking way too often on the off-chance that you caught it before the notification went out.
