Does anyone know what kind of putter Conners is using? It kind of looks like a version of the Ketcsh, but with a slant neck... I haven’t been able to get a good view of it though.

Very nice shot from a gnarly lie.

 

I thought he'd hit a flopper.

 

Not sure how he did hit it, but I know it nearly went in and I know I don't have that shot. At all.

 

Any birdie's a good birdie, but there's something to be said for a nice stress-free kick-in.

 

I noticed he didn't take the club all that far back, but he made sure to accelerate through. Many amateurs take the club too far back and then decelerate as they know if they accelerate after taking the club that far back the ball will go a lot farther then they intend.

It amazes me how easy those guys pull off that kind of shot. I probably would have ended up 20-30 feet long with it. Don't spin it enough.

it's not spin that kept his from rolling by the hole
