Still has not come in . Ed had told me it shipped out last Tuesday 2 or 3 days express to make up for the delay . Keep in mind , Toll quoted me 2 day air almost a month ago.

As others have said reopen your Paypal dispute ASAP. Don't wait any longer on them. Keep pressing the issue on GGE.

Contact them as a potential buyer (they respond before they get the cash). Use a different email address. Then Tell them to cancel your order and get your money back. I wouldn’t deal with people like that. I hesitate to even call them a “company”.

Because it's a shaft that is not available at retail yet. Though, it may be by the time someone receives it, if they're ordering from GGE. Depends if they can fit you into their schedule.

Why hasn't WRX shed some light on this situation? I think we've reached the point where mods typically take action in a BST transaction, haven't we? There's no way they haven't had contact with GGE if JT is on the clubmaker's forum everyday...

Sorry I hadn't seen this until now.

 

We have communicated with the customer and resolved the issue. The weight of the shaft ordered was out of stock and had to be ordered from Tour as well as the fairway tip being out of stock at the builders. Our customer service rep Ed happened to be off that week as well so communication lacked. As most of you know, I simply fit and take orders and have nothing to do with anything at all post order. It happened to be the perfect storm and since Ed was out, communication ball was dropped on our end.

 

Ed spoke with the customer, explained, he was fine with everything, and we upgraded to 2-3 day shipping to Canada as an apology. Anyway, just wanted to chime in to let everyone know what happened.

Didn't you read, Ed was off that week. Obviously he couldn't respond in the subsequent 2 weeks to messages from the OP AND Golfwrx owners. Not to mention that the OP was quoted and paid for 2 day air, by Toll no less, and they have since upgraded him to 2-3 day shipping a month later. What more can they do. What kind of company do you think this is.

I feel like Toll maybe should have read through this thread and caught himself up on the customer's timeline/ description of events leading up until now before he chimed in with what reads like a canned answer b.s., which may well be s.o.p. at GGE.

In all honesty regardless what Wrx owners decide to do with regards to GGE sponsorship Toll should be banned from posting for his idiotic response in this thread and in the other one linked from last year. At best they're seem full of evasive half truths or downright lies(I suspect the latter) and I don't think would be allowed to stand without consequences from members in a BST dispute.

I say, if they want to pay then let them operate however they want to here. If that's who GolfWRX wants to get into bed with, that's on them. I mean, GGE's behavior is on full display all over the place here. If people are so dumb or desperate that they feel compelled to spend their money with GGE, then I don't feel like it's my (or anyone else's) job to save them from themselves. You almost have to purposefully look the other way to not notice GGE's bad behavior, on different occasions, if you spend enough time on this site to be interacting and ordering from these guys. But, amazingly, folks here line up to spend their money with them and give them genital massages for their biased "reviews". You know d*mn well there's people who are reading this right now and really want to post in GGE's defense. Caveat emptor - this is an organization with questionable-at-best business ethics. At their best you will get exactly what you want; at worst they will avoid, deflect, fib, pass the buck, etc., and you could end up getting the runaround when their obviously poor organizational structure occasionally allows things to fall through the cracks.

 

That all being said, that GolfWRX does take GGE's money and let them treat the members here the way they do, it most definitely colors my opinions of this site.
