New Mizuno M-Craft putters

finally got to roll these and feel like they knocked this out of the park.

first initial impression was the head weight is heavy but felt good (glad they provide weights to tinker with this) and the grip is a great combo and sits in your hands well. I play left hand low but try to get my left hand as close to my right as I can.

the white sight line stands out really well on the blue.

wish I could buy two and coming from a NP2, I thought I’d get the II but I rolled the III the best and pulling the trigger on that one.

 

does anyone know is the III is considered a double bend shaft and what the diameter of the shaft is? Was hoping to get a KBS blacked out shaft.

Anyone know the headweight with the stock weights? I know it comes with a kit (nice of them), but I can't find anywhere that actually lists what those weights do to the putter.

The stock weights are 8 grams. That makes the weight 355 total. The other sets of weights are 3s and 13s. So basically you can make it 345, 355, or 365.

Perfect, thanks! I've been playing around with my 343-gram Odyssey Versa a bunch and am wondering if I prefer a lighter weight. This might be perfect.

rolled a few times at PGA store and instantly fell in love with the flow neck and plumbers. Went with the flow neck.... Soft feeling off the face and easy to repeat my stroke. Love the heavier feeling of the head and its awesome they include the weight kit

 

After I got this home I rolled it on my putting green in the basement and everything felt right. I think Mizuno did a great job with this release. I do think this will cater more to people who love Mizuno irons. I doubt this will be in high demand from people who swear by their Scotty Camerons. Personally I feel $300 is well in line

whats the point of pre ordering? I did and still haven’t been shipped... no custom order, just a II model in satin at 34”. Not a happy Valentine’s Day for me.

I bought the flow neck, also. I had every intention of getting the plumber's neck model, but the flow neck fit my stroke perfectly.

I emailed Mizuno and awaiting an answer but is there any chance the III has a shaft tip diameter of anything other than .370?

SC is the only company I’ve heard of that uses something other than .370.

Ready to pull the trigger on a brushed black KBS putter shaft.

I've you've got a relatively large arc in your stroke, don't overlook the flow neck. They both look really nice in the blue.

Looks like Mizuno botched the launch by severely underestimating the demand of these putters. Pre-orders everywhere are being delayed until mid-march at the earliest. And almost nobody has them in stock

That really sucks for someone not to get their pre-orders. I know even my local PGA SS had very limited quantities and didn't have all color options in all models available. Hopefully this will lead to an overall success in the putter line and they'll continue to release more models in the future. Who knows, maybe even some for the lefties?

 

I did confirm that the model III has .370 shaft tip-diameter. Pulling the trigger on a black KBS shaft to place in there. I'll post pics when it's installed. I think it will really make the blue pop.

I was able to walk in my local PGA Tour Superstore on Saturday morning and pick up the model I wanted in 35". I will say I didn't see the flow neck or plumber's neck models in Black. I don't recall seeing if, and in which colors, they had the mallet available, but I also wasn't looking at that model.

How did you get that info? I called customer service and they were nice and helpful but didn’t divulge anything to me about delays.

LOL no way. I did the exact same. Bought my mizuno Sunday and messaged customer service yesterday. Got the email early this morning on .370 tip. I also went with the CT Tour Black shaft
