While I agree that it is very likely none of Tigers specs would benefit most of us, his wedge grind certainly could. 12* of bounce with trailing edge/heel reiief sounds just about perfect and Taylor Mades version of Vokey's D Grind. I love the LB grind of the MG2's in Phoenix with tight lies and sandless bunkers but back in Illinois with lush condition I need a higher bounce.

Sure I get that. But how many that would buy these actually understand what the "TW" grind is? I think that 99% of your rec golfer has no clue about bounce or grinds in general. I also think that for the same percentage of golfer. It does not matter. They do not know how you utilize bounce or play with face angles.

i have been wondering if they will ever manufacture tw grind on those wedges. my gosh. i will be the first in line. taylormade has really upped their irons and wedge game in the last few years....

i don't think it's a matter of if it is better. i like the idea that taylormade is able to replicate the grind that tiger likes. why not have an opportunity to see how it is?

Yes they are and it will happen around Sep 2020. I was fitted for a set of P760s on 15 Jun 20 and my delivery date has been delayed twice. My Pro spoke with the regional TaylorMade rep who stated that a new product, to replace the P760, has had its release day brought forward to Sep and that I would not be receiving the clubs that I have ordered.

Demo sets will be available for test and fitting sometime at the start of Aug with the new product to be release to the public sometime in Sep.

Surprisingly, the new product will be the same price as the P760i. So my Pro has registered my requirements with the regional manager for a set of the new product when they’re released. I will get to test the new product in August and cancel my order if they’re not for me.

Thats weird. I ordered a custom set of 760s from their site on June 23rd. They shipped and are supposed to be here tomorrow (but its Fedex so itll be Friday).

Not saying youre wrong, just saying if new clubs are coming out I wish they would have delayed and cancelled my order too. :) Rather get the new ones! Oh well. I do love the 760s.
