I got the same info today with DG105 shafts, so that rules out any Modus delay. Im super curious about this potential release, as the current P760's weren't on my radar when I got my P790. Missing the short iron workability, and wish I had considered the 760's. Are they considerably less forgiving than the 790 people think? Speed foam in the same irons has me thinking they are honestly a sneaky combo set in one package. With the lofts from the factory a combo 790/760 set seems tricky not to have a huge hole.

I found the p760 to be very forgiving. Consistent trajectory window throughout the set which is very important to me with irons. When I strike it like I should I expect to see it in a certain window. P760 was very good for this and slight misses flew the same as well struck shots. Very under rated iron set and I’m very excited to see what they release next

I have been lusting over the P7TW's non-stop. I don't have the game to rock those full time so I really hope the updated p760's have a much thinner topline. It is funny though because my p790's just keep performing for me.

Same for me, I have tried many times to find something I hit better. The 790’s were good for me the minute I put them in the bag. I have gotten my swing into my usual form they perform even better spin wise for me. Unreal

Just got an email re: my order for a P760/790 combo set I've had on order for over 3 weeks. The 760 PW and 8i are on backorder and won't be in until mid June. I'm wondering if mid June is really delay speak for July/August. At that point, I'd be better off seeing what the P760 replacement is gonna be. Looks like I'm cancelling this order. I may try to find a set on ebay....

I got the same and switched 8-p to p790 I figure is new p760s come out they will look more like the new p790 and I’ll just order the 8-p at that time. Or if the p790 don’t work my buddy has an eye on them and I’ll go mp20 mmc

I'm predicting the new P760s are going to be as much of an upgrade as the gen1 and gen2 P790s... but regardless I'm stoked to see them

I loved my 770’s. Being the Ho we all are and chasing extra yards. I tried every player distance iron possible. I miss the consistency you get with none player distance irons. I’m really itching to get a set of the 760’s, but I’m not really a fan of the back of the club. I know, I know, I’m just saying.

All the talk of the replacements have me wishing I could wait for them.

Gee wizz, they’ve started to put out a bunch of long form content lately. I’m certain it was a video or two before Matt’s official iron fitting video. He was discussing what was on the lost of sticks im contention. I remember something to the effect of, “I know it doesn’t effect how the club fits to my game, but I wouldn’t like if I got fitted and then a new club in that line was released, so that excludes the 760’s” but then they said something glowing about the new 760’s. I’ll see if i can find.
