Paige Spiranac isn't a golfer, she's a media personality, so it's hardly surprising she has media followers. 

 

I'm not aware that anyone here or anywhere else follows her golfing "skills". 

 

Media personalities have a variety of recreational exercise interests - skateboarding, aerobics etc. In her case a bit of golf.

I think most of these LPGA gals are all out there trying hard to make a living. I doubt there are any POSERS at this level.

 

*Paige is not in that category, she is not on the LPGA. Even then, if she can consistently shoot 76-77 at 6,400-6,700 yards she has me beat.

As another WRX member stated.....current form is overrated.

 

If I was to guess....I'm thinking JYK will out perform Inbee this week.

 

This is a new course to all....so who knows who likes this course and how it looks to their eyes.

Watching Golf Today....they stated this is a Donald Ross designed course.

 

I must say...when I attend any event...male/female/pro/Am...1/2 the reason is to look at the course if I have never seen it in person...especially the private courses.

If I lived in NJ....the event I'd most want to attend is the Crump Cup on the final day when the public can access Pine Valley....I believe admission is free.

 

Many great men's events in NJ area to attend.

 

We get minimal good golf (pro/Am) to watch in the PNW.

Was there today, played there a bunch…. Great track but seemed really wet and soft today. I have a feeling they will shoot -15 when they could tweak it a little and make even par hard to shoot. The usual northeast  east green complexes will get any player who can’t putt.  Don’t see length being a must this week even at the 6500 they are playing . Took a pic with minjee …

Namdalla scooped up Dean Herdin for the Hite event...a KLPGA major...this week. His face mask is again a chin strap this week.....I guess the Koreans are too scared to tell him to get with the program.

Same with Andrew & Kevin for Noh....though she might be doing week long entertaining for Hana Bank..... for all the Korean fanboys.

It's fine in other areas... my friends in Perth (Boragoon to be "more specific") are happily playing already despite the cold weather (in Perth during the mornings at 6-10C these days)...

Golf is never about playing more tournaments, it has always been about winning.  That's the way ranking points and prize money are set up; and the way TV cameras and social media reward players.

 

The important thing is for both of them to play well at the last three tournaments they're scheduled to play.
