Anyone know when Vice does their buy five get one free? Is it a set time during the year or just random?

I just ordered with the promo less than 2 weeks ago.  It was automatically applied when i put 5 dozen in the cart.

They just had one roughly 6 weeks ago. During Thanksgiving week, they have different offers every day for different models, but they should have all models covered at some point during the week.

They also have buy 3 get one sales periodically, which works out to a slightly lower price. But be aware that they've raised their prices recently by $3/ dozen.

I think it depends on conditions, but the Lime is real easy to follow.  If I hit the ball down the middle of the fairway, they are all easy to see!

Red is not hard to see in the air, but it can be very difficult to find when it lands.

There's a guy who I have a usual game with who has this same colorblindness. Never believes me that I hit every ball within three feet on the green. 😂 But in all seriousness, he has driven over my ball and walked over my ball multiple times because he can't see the red.

Brief story: A few years ago I was playing in then Northeast in the summer on a hot, still day. There was barely a breeze. The course had red flags on the pin. I could not see the red flag against the green background of the trees and brush. It wasn't until a slight breeze ruffled the flag that I could see see it.

Certain shades and hues I can distinguish; others, I can't tell the difference.

There is a company, EnChroma--(I have zero involvement with the company)--that makes eye glasses to correct the two major types of colorblindness. If you go to their web site, they have photos and videos of what shades of color colorblind people see versus what those with perfect color vision see.

So I tried the Drip out and while the ball was fine, I don't know if its something I will order again. I definitely like the white the best followed by the Lime when the mood strikes me. In the meantime, I will be using my Drips up during casual rounds.

My cousin has a few boxes of the drip and I noticed that it looks like a dull/dirty white ball out on the course.  Is that what's bothering you?

I've been giving the "drip" a try in the Pro. It does look duller on the course, but with all of us hitting drives similar distances, it is very easy to determine whose ball is whose as no one else uses the "drip". Since I had great success using the Pro Plus last year, I am still torn about which (Pro or Pro Plus) will be my ball of choice going into nest year. One is slightly longer off the tee (Pro Plus), while the other is slightly longer off the irons (Pro). Other than that, I can't see a big difference between the two other than feel.

You know I pulled up next to one of my drives and as I was pulling up it looked like a dirty ball until I got on top of it. The white and lime are just so bright in comparison. You nailed it.

Funny, I've been playing the Pro this year and found a Pro Plus that looked in really good shape so I put it in the bag.  A few weeks go by and I'm playing yesterday and finishing the 17 and 18th at Dusk so I take out the Pro Plus.  Sometimes can lose a ball in middle of the fairway at that time of day.  I striped a drive 252 yds, my longest of the day on a good driving day.  WTH!?  My SS is 92--95.  I thought they were for swing speeds of over 100 mph!  Now I don't know which ones to buy!

Do more testing and then decide.  Pro Plus launches lower and spins less for me then again which is why it's my gamer but then again, my ss is on the higher side.  My father loves the Pro because of the softer feel.  He's also played the Pro Plus before and finds no difference in distance throughout the bag.

I was a ProV1/ProV1x addict since the very first day they hit the shelves.  I started out this year playing ProV1 balls and switched to Maxfli's for a short period. The Maxfli balls were a nice alternative but I decided on whim to try a 48 bucket of Vice Pro & Pro Plus mix off of Ebay in pretty much mint condition and free shipping..

Played them all summer.

Haven't looked back.

I love em.

They do everything you could ask for. (short game spin - feel - distance- putter feel)   I lean towards to Pro Plus because I like the firmer feel.  The Pro seems to fly a little higher with the driver and down through the set.

Can't lose with either.

I picked up a dozen of these balls on eBay last week and have gotten to test them out this week. It’s a little cold, but I’ve been putting up very good distance numbers in long clubs. Greenside spin has also been very good. Saw a couple of 75-100 yd shots spin back a little. As has been said, I have seen the durability as well. I played one ball for the last several holes of the last round and the first 7-8 of this round, and I *only* took it out of play because i hit a cart path. The other ball I used was lost, but I’m confident it would have held up for the rest of the round.

Color me impressed with these balls!
