Best bag for Clic Gear push cart

I have a Click Gear cart and struggle finding a bag that "fits" well in the cart without constant adjusting.  Any suggestions?  Note - I hate Cart Bags as they fit in the clic gear "backwards" with the Woods too close to the handle and that is really awkward.

Ping traverse cart bag. The top isn’t sloped like a normal cart bags so wedges can be arranged closer to the handle and hang normal. Fits perfectly in the click gear and doesn’t rotate.

Titleist Lightweight Cart bag - works perfectly with with my Clicgear 3.5+.

I tried to make a Titleist Hybrid 14 stand bag work for a couple of years - it was even advertised as being "pushcart friendly" - but the stand mechanism/legs just wouldn't seat correctly on the pushcart. The Clicgear Bag Cozy helped, but after I upgraded to the silicone straps it was useless as the straps weren't long enough.

The key is to find something w/ a more neutral top vs. a riding cart bag where the top slopes the wrong way,and the club arrangement is meant to be opposite vs. a push cart arrangement.  I have a cart bag that has some features of a stand bag with slope of the top more neutral/closer to that of a stand bag.  The downside is it's a bit slimmer and tends to move once strapped in.  No biggie as it's easy to adjust.

I would venture into a store and check out all the bags and load them up with a enough clubs to get a general idea of how it will work, including loading it on your cart (hopefully they have a demo in store) and pushing it around!

You might consider the Sun Mt C130S bag.  It has the size of a cart bag, but has a stand, which puts the long clubs away from the Clicgear handle.  It’s also nice to have the stand when you go to the range or in the parking lot.

But I think the best thing you can do if you want to keep a stand bag of any size turning n a Clicgear is to buy the “bag cozy” accessory.  Inexpensive, easy to attach, durable, and it keeps stand bags in place.

I purchased their bag cozy for my clicgear and have had no issues with my Sun Mountain 3.5 or the Titleist Players 4 bag that I had before moving around while I play. You’ll probably have to find the cozy online somewhere.

I use either a Callaway 14 slot stand bag or an Ogio stand bag.  Either works fine and club access is unrestricted on a Clicgear 4.0.  The top strap mount is adjustable for bag height by releasing the black lever on the side of the mount.  Heck, I've had a Titleist mid staff bag on it too.411210A8-9BF8-4ED6-A0B9-8D65EAD9C543.jpeg.afe162c308dda2f9728ab335eb69b140.jpeg

I have a Ping Pioneer bag and fits just fine on my Clic Gear 3.0. Obviously just strap it down properly.

You want a cart bag with pass through slot for the cart strap, which will be every cart bag out there has, but is missing from stand bags.

Cart bags are for carts, stand bags are for walking.

Sun Mtn. Sync works great

Sun Mtn c130 angled top is not as compatible with a pushcart

Ping pioneer has a "flatish" top and would also work well

The best bags that work for clic gear are cart bags. Anything with a flat bottom sits on the bottom part pretty flat and allows the cords to stretch and secure them.

Not the Titleist hybrid-14. I have the Clic Gear 3.5+ and the front of the bag either drags on the front wheel or I hike the bag up and it doesn't sit flush on the bottom support.

i really think that they should make a bag especially for push carts, the cart bags, have the slots and pockets backward usually, the walking bag has slots and pockets on the right side but slide around in the cart constantly. Frustrating

That’s what a Sun Mountain Sync is. It was designed for push carts.

I saw Callaway has a stand bag designed for push carts.  The leg pivot point is lower, so the legs don't sit in the upper cradle.  Good idea.  However, I see that the leg mechanism is now external at the bottom of the bag.  I think that's usually an issue with push carts, but they say it's specifically designed for push carts, so maybe it works?  My old Callaway bag doesn't have an external mechanism, so the bottom works well with my push cart, but I have issues with club tangle when it's standing on the ground.

Agreed on the “bag cozy”.  I have a SM Hybrid bag. It was the precursor to the 130s. In reality, they simply changed the name of the hybrid bag to the c130s due to the success of the c130 cart bag.

That stated, I found the hybrid bag to be workable but cumbersome on the Rovic. As a result, I’m now trying the big max.
