Great driver, 3 rounds and ~100 range balls is pretty quick though.  I did go through 4 og stealth heads last year fwiw (3 between May and August).

The tsi line took the abuse pretty well.  I got 6+ months out of my tsi4 heads

What speeds do you cruise at? I cracked my tsr3 last week so every driver has its breaks

On course, around 200.  Warm ups I usually crack 205.  210 is about all I can get without doing goofy long drive mechanics.

Pretty sure even rare space materials would have issues holding together at that speed. I'll take my 191 PB and exit the chat.

At 6’7 I’ve learned now over the years that my Driver has to have a lie angle of at least 60* or else it just won’t work. So now with the Plus being 56* standard and 58* in the Upright setting, it’s just too flat for my size and my swing.

 

Will definitely test the Stealth 2 standard and HD versions though which are both 60* in the Upright position like TM Drivers have traditionally been the last few years.

Plus is 54 std lie and 58 in upright. The core Stealth 2 would put you right at 60 in upright setting.

Yup, exactly. That’s why the Stealth 2 Plus won’t be an option for most golfers over 6’3, but I would still consider the standard Stealth 2.

 

We’ll see…I had better results with last year’s Stealth Plus than the standard Stealth, and I see a ton of the standard sitting on store shelves gathering dust. 
 

They made the standard Stealth 2 look like the SIM2 Max…hopefully it can get to that level of performance or surpass it.

I had a driver fitting and tried all the new stuff from Callaway, PING and Taylormade.

 

Winners were:

 

-Stealth 2 plus driver Ventus TR Blue

-Stealth 2 plus fairway Ventus Blue weight in the middle setting

 

These will be my first fitted Taylormade woods so really looking forward to getting them.

For custom drivers, everything is done in China and shipped to the US where it's QC checked. You want custom colors and such...I wouldn't lean heavily on their projected delivery date.

 

But just std stuff should be good. I don't think they assemble head/ shaft/grip in China so those should deliver quickly. 

 

I ordered 15* +fwy with a hzrdus red 75x and std grip. That's a simple setup that should process quickly.

 

But mystealth stuff...China baby, china!

How is it on dispersion? It is faster than aerojet. But aerojet flies on a rope...

Anybody else seeing these Stealth 2 unboxing videos where Taylormade is sending these out to celebrities and influencers? I wonder if my preorder is going to come with a range finder and bluetooth speaker as well. Lol, I don't know why, but I find these unboxings super irritating. I also dislike the At&t pro-am, so I guess I just don't like watching people that aren't elite golfers get special treatment in the golf world. I suppose they are just people that love golf, too, though. Just makes waiting more difficult.

I hit it indoors and it's good. But indoors is different than on-course. 

 

I have s2+ coming. Have the aerojet std. I'll compare them on-couree. Just wondering what you've seen from a dispersion standpoint on-course.
