so why not use local rule to allow replacement of damage club?   What is their theory?.  

 

My worst nightmare would be the leaders driver being fine, and then the face cracks on the second hole of the final round , or somehow a putter just snaps while taking a ball out of the cup.   That doesn't need to be added to rub of the green etc..

What is whose theory?  He just bent the club on this hole, and only has two to play.  He may not even need that club for the remainder of the day.

I can't believe they are sticking with this stupid scoreboard.  It really detracts from the viewing experience. 

 

I didn't want to see LIV succeed, but I have to admit they are putting a good field out there now.  I can imagine it being fun to watch in person, and I'm young enough that I don't have a problem with the music or club atmosphere.  The course looks nice on camera as well.  Having said all that, it still feels like there are zero stakes and that it's just a fun exhibition of golf.

Looking at the "team" scoring, do they really only count the best 2 of 4 rounds?

believe team scoring is first 2 days is the lowest 2 scores and the last day lowest 3.

His only shot was left handed with his feet on the path so he got relief back behind the tree

Lol, 2 over front nine, 15 over back nine. I can't tell you how often I have rounds like that; this LIV golf thing really is for the people!!!

 

I'd love to know what happened, especially what led to the 10, but can't find word of it anywhere.

I’m sure they’re negotiating tv contracts now. If they’re smart they’re telling the networks they can adjust or replace any and all elements of the current presentation.

First two rounds, two best scores count. Final round, three scores count.

bubba still recovering from injury (or maybe surgery for it).  Said something like he was just putting and chipping so far as of this week for practice.
