Mine came mid last week but was traveling so just opened it. Excited to play this. Bent 58 one degree weak.

Mine is scheduled to arrive 6/6 as well, per customer service. Still surprised they didn't just ship both at once, but maybe since one was an S grind SM9 (still customized 1* flat, 1* weak, S400) and the other a V they were coming from different places. Who knows...

Got my shipment confirmation today!!  Beyond excited to put my 7 y/o 60 V back in the basement extras bag and have been patiently waiting for them to release these again.

As someone else posted the “v” is slightly further back on the sole than in previous versions. My picture angle isn't great, but on my 2008(?) wedge it's closer to the middle, while this year's version it's more like on the back 1/3 of the sole. The 2023 also has a wider sole in general. 
 

Not sure how I feel about that yet. Will have to fiddle around with it this weekend. 
 

Raw finish looks great though, as does the shape from address.

Played with mine yesterday. I had no previous experience with the V grind and absolutely loved it. So versatile. Hit a nifty little short sided flop off a tight lie over a green side pot bunker that had a little check. 
 

i don’t have the strongest sand game, but the one shot I had out of a green side bunker didn’t feel great. Probably the Indian not the arrow, but need to see a larger sample size. I usually have plenty of these opportunities during a round 😉

This is exactly why I pulled the trigger on the T grind. The sole on the V just looked way too large.

 

I thought the T would be too low bounce, which is still up for debate for me. It has been BONE DRY here in Central NY so the T has been amazing, but as soon as the ground gets soft, according to everything I read, I am going to have trouble. If that's the case, then the Zipcore goes back in the bag for those conditions.

Have you had the chance to compare the 2 yet? Do they play any different?

I honestly had no idea they had done the run til then. Hopefully thr fast sellout will cause them to release it in the SM10.

I received mine this week.  I've never played this grind before, but it's immediately apparent that this is the one for me.  It's like a mid bounce T grind, but the leading edge somehow still sits very tight to the turf at address whether its open or square. The trailing edge is effectively gone, and there's quite a bit of heal and toe relief.  I can honestly say I'm better with this thing.  TITLEIST--IF YOU'RE LISTENING...YOU NEED TO ADD THIS AS A PERMANENT OFFERING.  YOU CAN WAIT UNTIL SM10, BUT WE'RE COMING WITH FORKS AND PITCHFORKS IF YOU DON'T ADD IT BY THEN.

Pissy to see I won't be getting one with no lh options (I figured at least one person might end up with buyers remorse). 

 

Is a M bent weak really a good substitute? I really liked the D grind but yes similar to my Glide4... Great out of rough, great out of sandy bunkers and straight face shots but opening the face gets a little tough.

Two rounds in with the 58V and I’m very happy with the way this plays.  I’ve lived in the Midwest from 2008 to 2022 and have been a 58M and 58 low bounce K player on bent/poa/bluegrass.  When traveling and after moving to RDU North Carolina, I have struggled with the M and lbK digging off of the Bermuda fairways.  The V is what I now consider my “Bermuda M grind” because it plays so well in all conditions here, I’m extremely happy with this wedge. Really also regretting not buying more than one, but hopefully these will make it to the SM10 line as a regular option.

 

Also ordered mine with the flight lines for the hell of it and I have to say that they really disappear if you focus on the ball, but it you need them they are there.  IF, thats a big if, I actually get some practice time in I think they will be very helpful but if I’m setting up for a touch shot around the green its a great aid.

I spent the last three days with my new 60* V and for my current course conditions (firm and tight) it's not working nearly as well as my 60* T. I came home yesterday and put the 60 T back in the bag. Once conditions soften a bit I will give the V another go but for now it's out.
