What happened? I just checked out about 20 min ago with a hat, hoodie and couple shirts and didn't have any issues

I may be alone on an island with this one, but I don't care one bit about the packaging clothing comes in. In fact, most of the time I wish that the clothing co would cut the packaging budget and sell their garments for less.

 

Man, I HATE everything about the SDR logo(s) presentation...

I do want to see the polos in person before I order any. Understated logo and nice quality textiles and I may get a couple. The logo on the hats and hoodie and so forth does not appeal to me.

Almost like when luxury brands give you a $1 bottle of water of $7 glass of champagne while they ring you up for the $15,000 watch or $8,000 purse. All part of the marketing and branding experience.

I'm not saying it's like oh this is so great let me buy more. I agree with above, sometimes I wish they would save us money by cutting cost on the presentation side of things. It's the same with stuff in my business I order. 

Just hadn't seen any posts so thought I'd share.

As far as packaging goes, it DOES look really nice. Looks substantial, and maybe something that some people would want to save.

I actually just got my shipment today, and definitely hear you on the packaging. I get it from their perspective of charging a luxury price so the presentation has to be great as well. Its a nice touch, but I agree it seems excessive.

 

I got one of the light weight 3d hoodies, and the quality was actually better than I expected. We'll see what the durability is like but its super soft and feels really good.

I ordered a hat on May 1 and it still hasn’t shipped. They need to work out the kinks quickly or you’ll lose repeat customers.

I had looked at a couple of shirts - estimated delivery to Virginia was June 5.

 

Wut? Almost a full month to get a couple of basic shirts?

Seems odd. My buddy ordered a towel and a hat and had them shipped to Canada already, had them for a week now. Not sure where they are shipping stuff from but I can't imagine its quicker to ship to Canada than anywhere in the US

I needed a new gym shirt, so I purchased the training tee and it arrived yesterday. As others have said, packaging is top notch. The pack with the tees was a nice touch. The shirt itself is high quality, but unfortunately was a little too big for mike liking. I emailed their support team and they were super responsive, solicited feedback on the item, and helped me do an exchange for a size down.

I had a couple packages delivered today and never got a shipping notice. Still shows in progress on the order status.

God knows I'll spend whatever on what I like (PM, Greyson, GFore, Rhone, Twillory, Lulu, etc etc) but not having any interest in this or having a clue what the prices look like, if this is close to true, man.

I ordered a hoodie that was delivered yesterday. I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed. Not only is it gigantic, the material is really cheap feeling. This is not high quality like I was lead to believe. Needless to say, I had a feeling and shouldn’t have ordered it but their return process was easy enough. YMMV. I wanted a polo but will wait until I can see one in person before purchasing.

Above average. Quality and build feel premium. In a world where the average for a hat is $35+ nowadays(usually ends up being low quality), this feels like you are at least getting what you pay for.

Didn't get a hat but grabbed a few hoodies. I think the quality is spot on and the fit was great.
