I agree.  I love that look. Can never find those shirts in any stores though, so no idea if they’d fit an old guy like me.  I’ve learned that us older guys really need to try stuff on these days, as so much golf gear now is tailored for the younger man physique.

Not sure why Aimpoint is needed as a lot of times lines are drawn on the green to show the proper path of the putt.

I don’t understand the dis in aimpoint. It’s super fast when used right. The problem is a few pros use it and then do other things. It’s why it seems to take forever.

There's pretty much no chance that Aimpoint is any slower than the full 360 around the hole that a lot of guys did and still do. It's just an optics thing, I guess.

I just don't read the putt and pace of play is great. I also don't improve on the greens lol

I mostly agree, though the black and white panelled shirt they had him wear yesterday made him look like one of the aliens in an episode of the original Star Trek series.

These guys are so good, even a haircut throws off their game. That loss of 10-20 grams of hair really messes with their balance. Notice Bryson, future Nobel prize winner, keeps his hair the same all the time. It’s called eliminating a variable. Scottie’s not a scientist so he’s out there juggling variances like a coked up court jester.

I dunno, I think guys still did a full read to confirm what the book said.

 

Honestly, golf is the one sport that caters mostly to the players rather than the fans.  There is so much the Tour could do to make golf a better experience for the fans, but the players would object, so it never gets done.  If they really want to grow the fan base, golf needs to start improving the viewing experience.  Starting with pace of play.

Why? Then they are just playing out of fairway bunkers all day and there is no penalty for missing the fairway.

I'm with you. Bryson seems to have a lot of people fooled these days. He sucks. Full stop. I'm so happy I only have to see him 4 times a year at most. He is the exact same as Phil back in the day when everyone seemed fooled by him, too. Well, he also sucks. Full stop.

 

To each their own and all that but Bryson is the worst. No amount of YouTube, "be sure to click like and subscribe" will ever change that for me.
