Darn it....just looked at the TM website and the TP shaft is TM graphics. Oh well....can't win them all. Sort of looks like the Aldila ATX design.
I can't get the Custom options to be shown under the 'Custom option' section. Are all the Custom options TM Graphics for the TP version then?
I keep getting URL error when I attempt to launch anything on the SLDR??

I think just the 6.3 will have the TM graphics. The rest of the custom options will be the aftermarket graphics.

I'd like to know if they are going to offer a 7.3 speeder as a custom option with no upcharge.

That's a good point. Anybody want to post a list of custom shafts, as I can't seem to get the 'custom options' up on my laptop?

Thanks

TM needs to work on their website because it stinks compared to other OEM's. It was hard to even find the TP SLDR. I had to type it into the search bar. Anyhoo.....put into the search bar and click on "Specifications" at the bottom and you'll see the 6.3TS shaft has TM graphics. Custom options should have the original graphics.

Did anyone actually end up with the TS 6.3 in their fitting (i saw a few .2's)

I know there are multiple threads but is the 6.3 considered mid launch or still low (just not as low as the .2)

I'll check it out regardless but would appreciate the info as I wait around till next the 9th

The 6.3 TS was not available at the Sawgrass location. At least I didn't see it, would be hard to miss the white/ blue speeder shaft in that cart. Thats the only Motore speeder shaft I have yet to try. I would have loved to try it because I've had the 6.2 in my driver for the last couple years but never liked the feel of the 6.2 TS.

tm site says the 6.3 ts is 2.8* tourque whereas the 6.2 ts is 3.4*, seems like lower torque will make the shaft more boardy and will be harder to work
Ah really? Well that's a big difference, and sounds completely different with that level of torque difference. Obviously another 'made for' version. I'll have to try and get these custom shafts to appear again.

The 6.3 is much smoother then the 6.2. I"ve had both and it's not even close.

Just found all the Custom shaft options!! Wahey!!! But does anybody know why the TM Custom shafts bear hardly any resemblence to the OEM specs for the 'same' shafts? For example TM's Kiyoshi white shows a torque of 2.2*, whereas on the Oban website, the torque for the 'same' shaft is 3.1*, similarly on the TM website the torque for the Matrix 6Q3 is 2.7*, yet on the Matrix website the torque for that shaft is labelled as 3.1*. Seems odd.

I can give you a definitive answer... YES and NO.

In short, some shafts come with TM graphics and others don't. Example Kiyoshi White is TM graphics, Tour AD DI, and Kai'li are not TM graphics.

I'm not sure the rhyme or reason of which shafts comes with or without graphics, perhaps a call to customer service can assist.

Yes you are right, some do have OEM graphics, and they still have, in some cases, different specs to what is on the OEM websites. Even though they still have OEM Graphics. But, I think you are right, maybe somebody will know at either TM or the relevant shaft manufacturers. They will probably both have a different story to tell, but its worth a try. Thanks.

@Jay65

There is no specific standard for how shafts are measured. Each OEM is free to measure shafts by what ever method they want. That's why you end up with different spec numbers. This has been discussed a bunch as well.

You are free to believe what ever it is that you want to. The specs are all what they are, they are even different if you look at OEM charts compared to the shaft manufacturer charts and receive the shafts directly from the manufacturer, to the OEM, to your door even if they do not have the clubs paint scheme on them.

As far as I'm concerned, I asked a simple innocent question, I have had two or three different explanations, I couldn't give a flying f*** either way. If I get three different answers, then you are quite though, when you say that I'm free to believe one of them and not the other two, as is everyone else. Lock it up, and take some diazepam. Lol.
