Obviously it depends on amount of play/practice - looking for the average number of gloves you guys go through in a season/year! Let’s hear some numbers!

I’m of the opinion that a bad glove can affect your swing badly. So I play a new or one only for gametime not practice.

maybe get 4 rounds out of 1, so how many rounds do you play, would be the ?

I like to use a new one for 3-4 rounds then it’s range only, but I usually use 2 during a round (so 2 in 7 or 8) if it’s warm out, change at the turn for a dry one.

I honestly have never kept track.

i usually keep 5-10 gloves in my bag and rotate through them. Inevitably one gets a hole in it, I toss it, grab another one and once I’m down to a few gloves I’ll get some more.

I can say if I’m hitting a lot of balls I’ll burn up a glove in under a week for sure since I usually wear the Titleist Players glove - best fitting for me, feels great and is definitely not durable!

Four or five per year. I know this is very much on the low end for avid golfers who play at least once a week (plus practice). The reason this works for me and not others is that I don't tend to have very sweaty hands, and I play mostly in a very dry climate (Colorado).

None for me. I play wrap type grips with no glove.

I've always wondered, since I sweat a lot and my hands especially, if long term it would be worth getting botox injections in my hands. My aunt actually told me about this years ago (she would know a thing or two about botox...) I have no idea if this is a thing anymore, but I'd love to cut down the sweat in my hands. I usually have to bring 3 gloves with me when I play in the summer.

I don't wear a glove, as not needed. When I did wear a glove, I rotated 2-3 during a round, usually between holes depending on temp/humidity. My Iomic Sticky grips (and formerly used Tour Velvet) make a glove unnecessary.

Usually go through 4-5 a year. Been using MG gloves for a couple of year now. In the summer I sometimes have to use 2 per round, changing at the turn. Recently I have had a bad run as I have used 3 in the last 2-3 months. Not sure if its a bad batch of gloves or if my new grips are rougher (Ping 360 ID8 golds).

I clean my gloves and grips regularly so a glove will last me quite a while (as do my grips). It's amazing how much dirt, sweat, and oils gloves/grips accumulate.

I rotate 4/5 through the year.

How do you clean gloves without drying them out please?

I wash it in the sink with a bit of dishwashing liquid. I let it soak for a bit first. I don't dry it in the sun, and after it's dry it's are a bit stiff, but once I put it on it is just as supple. I clean my grips at the same time.

8-10 per year based on 90-110 rounds. I keep three in the bag, numbered, and rotate accordingly.

I typically go through 6-7 per year. That’s in roughly 40-50 rounds.

The 4 pack of Kirkland gloves got me through last year. 20-25 rounds with probably 10-15 practice sessions. A little on the thicker side but still a great feeling leather. Quite durable.

been using Titleist "overruns/factory blemish" gloves for years now - no issues with them for me. $9 a pop for the Players/Perma-Soft glove is great.

I probably get about 10-20 rounds out of a glove before they either rip or get too slimy/dirty from sweat and I dispose of them. Lower end of the scale in the summer, higher end in the winter. In the summer I usually take off the glove in between shots and rotate two of them during the round. Winter, I use one glove on the round and typically leave it on except for putting.

I rotate between 2 and that usually gets me through the year (March to October). I play league 2 times a week, 1-2 range sessions a week and maybe 2-3 additional rounds a month. I’ll also play a few tournaments each summer.

I don't have a specific range or play glove. But will usually keep 2-3 gloves in my bag at a time and rotate through them. Probably go through 20 gloves a year. Always looking for deals on eBay, but I wear a mens small in most brands and those seem to go quickly.

Depending on if I'm playing up north (where I sweat less, even during the summer) or down south - I go through 4-6 a year.

My typical practice is to rotate 2-3 gloves at a time, depending on the locale, and swap gloves every hole or two. That way they never get soaked by sweat, so they last longer.

4-5 / year or about 1 glove every 8-10 rounds.. I do rotate every few holes in summer (hot/humid Mid-Atlantic) or anytime golfing in the South. My firm grip may also cause some additional wear to the gloves.

I play with 2 per season and 2 to 3 for range but normally the old ones that i dont use on the course. I play 3 times a week and range 5 days a week.

~30 per year. I like new gloves, and MG gloves are cheap. Win.

Good timing. Just finished my reconciliation of 2019 golf expenditures. 47 gloves. Play more than 150 rounds a year. Hit balls on the range every day of the week. Always wear a new glove in tournaments.

2-3 dozen over about 200 rounds per year.
