Not really. They didn’t know much about the tech so we’ll have to wait to hear about it. I can say they didn’t feel any better than my current 790s.

I am not sure where or how they can improve the current 790 release. Unless they put a slot on the face like in the past TM Irons. I've been gaming the current P790 and UDI since release and still in the bag.

TM has their work cut out for them, no doubt. It will be hard to improve performance which is why I think it will be minor cosmetic adjustments for the regular set. Looking forward to see what they do with the Ti version .

NO NO NO. Face slots was a POS implementation. Great idea, works but in the end, collapsorama. Former RSi2 owner.

I keep going back to my RSi TP, in part due to the face slots. There were certainly legit issues with the faces collapsing on some of the models, but my TPs have the most consistent distance dispersion of any iron I've ever played. I hope the concept comes back some day.

TaylorMade Qi10 LS 9.0, Ventus TR Blue 6X, 45.5"

TaylorMade 300 Mini Blackout 13.5, Ventus Black 7X, 43"

TaylorMade Stealth2 Plus 4 (16.5), Ventus TR Red 7X, 42.5"

TaylorMade P770 3 (2023), DG X100 (SSx2)

TaylorMade P7MC Raw 4-PW, DG Mid X100 (SSx1)
TaylorMade MG Raw 52, DG S400

Titleist SM9 58T, DG S400
Scotty Cameron Oil Can Newport, 34"
TaylorMade TP5x (2024)

The last great set of irons that featured the iconic TP logo?

Hi-Toe style wedge with wide sole. Similar to Callaway’s Sure Out. At least that’s what the MGS guys described on their podcast. They sure have a chip on their shoulder for TM.

I do find some of their content interesting and the tests they do however just like other websites they cater to brands they perceive to “treat them well”.

WRX censored the name because it references another site. 3 words, Last one rhymes with “tie”.

I’m a fan of their ball test and their MOI/CG driver tests. But they lost me when they started making crazy claims about Evnroll’s face grooves and their “ability” to bring the ball back on line. They provide some great info but their whole “we know everything and the industry hates us because we tell the truth” is a bit of a farce.

My Frolf Fly is absolutely full of BS claims. They get paid by smaller companies to help get their name out and then go on to claim they’re ad free and don’t accept money from anyone.

They’re starting to get exposed all over Twitter and IG over the past week and very soon, the truth will be out there.

I love their tests but in no way would I ever follow their claims blind. I test everything regardless of what place it landed in the most wanted list.

I was stupid enough to treat there results as gospel. In no way shape or form do their test results bring results. The humans they use to test are different to me therefor the results are different. Glove, Shoe and Hybrid results are a great example. Titlesit hybrid was terrible for me. The shoe was crap no way was it the most comfortable shoe (in my opinion) and the glove test was again not accurate as the sizing was all over the place yet they said some had the best sizing. It is like everything that works for one will not work for the other.
