Wanted to go back to my old Ping Zing 2 from the time when I was approaching scratch and had confidence in putting. Just couldn’t get the GOLO 5 to work, I want “blade” heads.

 

Then I saw the Scotty Cameron Select Laguna, in champagne finish.... my god. A Zing look-a-like but with some modern tech added... and that sweet, sweet Scotty Select finish and Champagne colour to boot.

 

It’s not going to hole me more putts in itself, but the look, the sound and confidence these “soft” values inspire will.

Just bought a Scotty Inspired by Brad Faxon Laguna 2.5. That gun blue finish is stunning.

The putter still has all original sales stickers in place so undecided whether to use or sell.

Got rid of my Evnroll, just something about it didn't work for me, despite the nice roll. Replaced it with a O-Works 2 ball black with the Superstroke GT Pistol grip... Have always wanted to make a 2 ball work for me, this one just felt really smooth, I think it is the weight and grip that helps.

I got this Ti4 couple of weeks ago. Sent it to PING Saturday for loft, lie, Pingman grip and sight dot. It arrived today and I'm really happy with it. Rolled it on the carpet, love the feel. First time in the wild tomorrow at 8:00.

Picked up a Scotty Cameron Red X3 and a Caliente at a pawn shop a few weeks back. The Caliente feels like a dud but will be fun to keep around the backup bag. I am really a big fan of the Red X3 so far. The Caliente must be made of a beer can, because it is hard to even get the ball to move more than 30 feet. Anything beyond that and might as well chip.

Oworks #7. Simple but well balanced. Fangs make it easy to align and doesn't scream mallet to me.. Played all season with an ER2 after trying to believe the hype. Never could get it dialed in for my game. To the putter grave goes my Evnroll...

Got it in yesterday and played with it last night. Shot -1 with a few nice birdie putts! Don't know if it'll keep the 009 out of the bag but who knows!
