I’m not a double bend mallet player normally, but after multiple really good sessions with one I had to.

Maybe a little terrilly action, would add a crazy amount of headweight though. Wonder if the boiling method would also make the tungsten fall off.

I'm not sure if there is an insert I would like. If I was a Callaway or TM staffer I'd probably be the most difficult person to fit a putter into.

It feels very similar to the one in my black series Tour design iX. Sound is almost identical

Choi kept that putter in his bag for decades and probably made tens of millions with it. Poulter too. Nothing at all wrong with the Tri Hots. I personally like the Tri Forces better myself though

I'm pretty much giving up on my quest to change my stroke. 18 months in and my putting is still.worse than when I implemented the change. So back to a high moi mallet. Couldn't find a reasonably priced pxg operator so giving this one a go. More forward CoG but similar balanced feel as the operator.

New from the Hive. Thanks. My initial order (a limited run bb1) got messed up (delay after delay), so they eventually offered me this instead to make up for all the unforeseen delays. There’s a minor blemish in the finish on the toe side, which is slightly annoying, but i can’t complain considering the price i got it for

Those are both awesome, jealous of that DASS. Out of curiosity: how does the DASS feel and sound to you, in comparison to the Soft Carbon and regular stainless-steel?

Personally the DASS and stainless feel the same imo. The face milling is the difference. I’m a Flymill or nano hex guy, like it a little firm. Carbon still is one of the best feeling out there.

This is my first Carbon putter, definitely a fan of the feel thus far. The ‘Wavy Fit’ milling on mine is soft but definitely not as soft as the normal FIT. It actually probably feels more similar to the ‘Aggressive Flymill’

Smooth face Slide 3.0 from Mack Made. I'm fortunate to be located close to Josey's shop, so got the full experience with this build. Can't recommend him enough. This putter feels so freaking good and the way the polished neck fades in to blend with a chrome shaft is so cool looking.

The 8802-style has always been my favorite putter style to look at. May not be the best style for me to putt with, but the beauty and simplicity of the style, it's always been a dream. Pair that with homage to The King, and this putter is almost too perfect to take to the course.

 

Toulon Small Batch Latrobe. Chocolate brown finish, beautiful sole plate, and the custom pistol grip. This putter is going to be the first in my lifetime collection (beyond the SeeMore I currently roll!)

Picked up a PLD Anser D, cut it down 1/2 inch and added a leather wrap grip. Loving it so far.

No, it's held on by screws which are accessible once the insert is removed via the boil method.
