Same thing happened to me. After going through several models I am back to a Scotty but in mallet form. When I was on with the blade nothing felt or looked better. The forgiveness just wasn't there for me. Too hot and cold.

bought a 2023 phantom x 12; threw a stability tour blackout shaft on it and its pretty da*n amazing. went to a mallet 100% last year and my strokes gained putting went up.

First “new” item I’ve purchased in years (on sale for $199).  Spent an hour at PGA Tour Superstore. Tried everything from Scotty to Wilson, face balanced, center shafted, slant, flow, heel, 33”-35”.

 

This was by far the most consistent and accurate.  Can’t wait to get it on the course.

Just picked up a DF with the Accra shaft from the LAB Golf Outlet. Amazing customer service as I had a few questions and needed them to delay shipping since I was out of town. Also because I’m a degenerate had to go find 2 headcovers to go with it. I like these EP ones way better than the stock offering .

This past October, 2022, I finally pulled my trusty 2004 Odyssey White Steel 2 Ball CS putter out of the bag and replaced it with this Cleveland Huntington Beach 6 CS Putter that came with a P2 Classic putting grip. Absolutely great putter made even better with this P2 grip. I had never heard of P2 grips but was instantly sold on them. (P2grips.com)

Picked up this well-loved gal and so far I have to say the hype on the Studio Stainless feel is real. It is the best feeling Scotty I’ve ever hit. Can only compare it to Studio Select, Select, Special Select Newports all of which are great in their own right. It also beats my Anser Milled beached. Going in the bag soon.

Very impressed with this after trying in the shop earlier. Two trips to the practice green after purchase have been very positive. Maybe a Scotty can finally work for me and have an extended run in the bag, time will tell!

Just purchased the Sik DW...I had tried one where I work...love the weight and the great roll (straight roll)...ItIt has beaten out my Ping PLD Prime Tyne.

I recently bought a Cleveland HB Soft Milled 4 with the UST All In shaft. It’s quite a nice looking putter. It feels great, really responsive, about the same as my BB29. I wish they wouldn’t put a mirror finish on the bottom for me to worry about scratching.

Absolutely that putter is money. I bought that putter online & the courier delivered it to my door the evening before the last tournament of the year. I spent 30-40 minutes making practice putts with it on the living room carpet that night & told myself take it to the tournament in the morning. I get to the course in the morning and spend 30 minutes on the practice green getting a feel for both the P2 grip and the Cleveland Huntington Beach CS putter. 

 

My first hole of the tournament, I was on the green in regulation & had about a 13 foot, left to right breaking putt for birdie...dropped it dead center of the cup for birdie. Wow...I made a total of 4 birdies in the last tournament of the year. Let's put it this way...I was in the prizes thanks to a hot putter.

 

I couldn't of asked for a better result from a new addition to the golf bag, pretty sure it will be staying it in the bag for awhile.

Nice take on the old BeCu Zing 2. Love the way the "Mack Made" shapes around the bumpers.

Seems to have more weight on the toe than the Zing 2. Probably more weight overall, which is what I'd expect (and want) from a modern version.

It's definitely larger than a Zing 2, not sure how heavy it is but feels about 350 ish. 

 

I was curious about potentially doing something left handed in this shale just didn't want to drop full custom price on a gamble.
