$70.51 for a set, 4-PW, of Cleveland CG16 Tour P Stamp. Can anyone definitively distinguish between the T stamp and P stamp? Thanks!

 

 

 

The T stamp blade length is slightly longer heel to toe, and the sole is slightly wider. Overall the P stamp is just a slightly smaller footprint of the T stamp.

Picked these up with KBS Tour 90 for $230 brand new. I’m going to give them to my dad but wanted to try a couple clubs first. They are actually very solid but I was hitting moonballs.

Just got this girl to use off the tee box as I am starting project Phil for the rest of this year and into next year. Aka I’m switching back to left handed after golfing right handed for two years. It came with a DG S300 shaft. I also got a putter and driver coming in later this week I’ll post those when they come in.

I have just picked up these unbranded wedges originally from the Tom Morris Golf Shop , St Andrews.

I know this shop commission some items from fairly upmarket manufacturers, looking at the finish and shape of these I wonder if they could be Yururi or maybe Vega or at least from their source?

Any thoughts ?

Yeah,

Those are Vega-made wedges. The location and font of the loft number says it all.

Not forged from what I understand. Soft casting either 431 or 8620 stainless steel. The CG 16 tour irons (retail) were definitely 431 cast. I had a set of those, and were very nice irons felt really good and they were consistent. Those P stamps can be a pretty demanding iron, but they sure are sweet. By the way, my information comes from Mark at yourtourcollection.com.

Thank you , yes I agree having looked at Vega fonts etc. Very pleased at £50 each , and I prefer the St Andrews crest to the vega graphics which don’t suit my eye for some reason.

Was that a Golftown demo sale? nice club... In Edmonton the demo event was a joke.

I managed to find a diamond in the rough at the demo event. 2017 M2 with Rogue Black 60 for $235 Cdn. There are some really minor clear coat scratches on it but otherwise it doesn't look like it hit more than half a dozen balls in the sim.

 

Otherwise the discounts were what I expected them to be .... not much.

why was it so much the M2's were $150 and the M1's $180 in Mississauga

That's what I was seeing. Badly beat up green grass stuff for $235 and $300. I wonder if someone in Mississauga mispriced 2017 models with 2016 prices? Strangely enough the Epics looked to be in decent shape.

I recently purchased some 716 CB irons. Replaced the 716 AP1 (had 714 and 716 for past 4-5 years).... i have played in a 2 man scramble (we won) and a handful of rounds with them and i absolutely love them!!! Wish i had bought CBs sooner!
