Do you offer sand/media blasting? I have a putter head that was previously painted and I want to bring the SS back to a plain satin finish.

 

I would assume they do, they blasted that anser's sole a few posts up

How does the Satin finish that I see on a few fairway woods wear? Back when woods were silver (e.g. V-Steel, 906F2), most metal woods had a brushed or polished finish, rather than a bead blasted finish. I'm curious how one of the bead blasted woods like the Anser a few posts above looks after a season or so.

I was told they wear equally the same

 

I went with the brushed face just in case I need to sand out marks on the face

I have an older Dynacraft Avatar Evolution driver that is probably the single best club I've ever owned. Lags a little in carry distance compared to more modern offerings but its pretty low spin so in the right conditions can still keep up. Came out at the start of the white driver craze. Original finish was a pearl white metallic which was interesting but was really starting to look pretty bad. Mostly worthless on the resale market didn't want to give up on it and its treated me so well I thought I'd give it a "spa" treatment. Had one of the original (black/yellow/white) V2 HL shafts in it. I'm going to pair this up with the same shaft in the relaunched graphics (red/white/silver). Should look awesome. Here's the before and after pics:

It may be a month or so before I really find out. On a carpet, it seems pretty similar to what it was....hard to say though.

I will say that the face is more smooth than it was before.
