I’m always blown away by the quality of the work I see in this thread. You guys are artists with golf clubs!

Cannot say enough about how good the quality of their work is, or how prompt, thoughtful and proactive their service levels are! Sent a Nike Vapor 3 wood in to refinish - basically do the MM Photo version on the wood - and it was such a good experience.

 

The shaft broke en route, and Justin and the crew worked with me to get the pics to FedEx to process the claim, kept track of the new shaft I had shipped to them, and then put that in on spec and on time. And made sure to keep me updated on progress. Was supposed to arrive on Monday, but surprise, surprise, it made it in today!

Got an update on my driver today. The ridge cannot be saved thanks to my dog. But, I wasn't too attached to it anyhow. I wanted the sole changed and they suggested a black matte finish. I have to say, I love the result so far. Will look even better with some white paintfill. I asked about getting the tops of the screws done the same way. Will tie it together even better if it's possible.

I should have been more specific. Earlier in the thread, I mentioned that my dog got ahold of my driver head and chipped one of the aerodynamic ridges on the crown. They weren't able to save that, so they'll remove it and smooth it down.

Well thats even better because when Radiman shipped it in he said if there was anything we could do so he doesnt have to chip back on the par 4s to go ahead and do it..... Ok that was a lie.

 

We have done a couple like this for customers that just didn't like them. The weights are going to be finished up today and this thing will really pop.

 

I just hope warrick doesn't hurt me for not doing his epics this way.

Since I see a scotty thats done up in FSU colors. Heres my Tennessee themed TEI3. Went with the Tennessee checkerboard on the back, sight dot added, face milled, and refinished. Cant wait to get it back tomorrow. Thanks again Justin!

Got pictures of the final results and I couldn't be happier. This thing turned out so much better than I thought it would or could. I knew they did good work, but damn, this thing is so bad*ss.

the sole looks amazing, wish I would have finished mine up more, left the chrome.

 

They did a great job on that, almost makes me wish I would have dumped the speed steps, or whatever they are also.

Thanks! I'm glad I went this route. It's like getting a brand new driver. I'm hoping this curbs my desire to needlessly change drivers in the off season likes I normally do.

 

Have you had a chance to hit yours since you got it back? Did you notice any difference in feel with the paint being changed?

My wife got me an Epic SZ 15 degree for my birthday. I was swinging it in my living room and it already had an unfortunate run in with our ceiling fan string/switch. The glass fixture was easy to fix. The 3 wood is another story. A good reason to get that sent in as well. It took a pretty good hit to the back of the crown and damaged the clear coat. I have had a run of bad luck with my woods lately. I bay try and have it done up to match the driver.
