Justin and the CG guys were awesome to work with. Have one minor issue that he was quick to point out and they really came through, just A+ customer service all around. Cant recommend them enough. Definitely will be getting my Epic fixed up over the winter.

 

But loving how the Indy came out - looks 10x better in person.

Does anybody know if Continental Golf paints over the serial numbers? I have a tour issue M2 I am considering sending in to have the white painted to flat black but I would like to retain the serial number as well as the arrow and + on the hosel. Any M1 or M2 guys out there with experience?

They usually leave a little window so that the serial number remains.

Skis, as 03 said we tape over them to save them and just kinda leave them as is if thats what you prefer. What a lot of people will do also is put the serial number they have with the paperwork so both you and I have a copy of the information for warranty purposes. Whatever you prefer is fine.

Just out of curiosity, what options do you guys have for heads like TM's that had the special finish on the bottom/face. Do you guys paint? Strip them down and blast them? Strip/polish to resemble something like the original R9 heads? Just wondering about options.

 

I have a couple R9 Supertri heads which is why I am asking....

I have a couple R9 Supertri heads which is why I am asking....

Golfer, with the R9 Supertri that was one of the first anodized finishes they put on a driver. Really the only thing we could do is to blast the face and sole (we could give the face a brushed look) but they will be silver more like the r9 460 regular head but on the sole it will be a dull finish vrs a shiny. Then of course all the paint we can make look new for you no problem.

Wow, looks great! I finally bit the bullet and sent my driver off last week. Was delivered yesterday and I'm just eagerly awaiting the results. Mine will be very similar to yours. But, I'm keeping the chevron on top and they are going to be putting a black finish over the chrome on the bottom.

Just a small follow-up. By dull finish on the sole, do you mean like the pics above of the M2? I'm assuming the M2s have the same anodized finish on the bottom as well?

Yes that is a blasted finish on the sole.

To be honest so many guys have mailed us packages with the discount code after the promo and we have added the discounts for everyone. We know it was a warm fall for most of us. It wont go on a ton longer but just reach out in a pm and let me know stuff is on the way with your name if you dont mind.

 

I know I have said this several times but today was the last day for the cut off for shipping it before our Christmas break. We will be closed the week after Christmas so please keep that in mind as everyone sends clubs in. We still get the clubs we just wont work on them during that week of course.

I wanted to do this but the whole head in that leading edge color. Sounds like the black line where carbon fiber meets leading crown will still show but I think it'd still look pretty good.
