32-47 yards offline on half the shots.
And he hits drivers considerably more than most.
The M1 460 was much more consistent in both distance and spread.

As far as two-tone crowns go though, I find it at least tolerable at initial look. Significantly better than the Bio Cell Plus to my eye and it at least seems to serve a purpose (alignment aid).

It sounds a lot like the SLDR. Some huge hits mixed in with huge misses, and a few short shots. I always love the looks of the 430 heads, but need the MOI of the 460. Perhaps the love affair with Low Spin is showing it's deficiencies. With the M1 though he could just use the 430 for increased club head speed, and put the rear weight back to neutral for increased MOI.

Looks like Rick has gained a good 6-10 mph of clubhead speed over the Summer. I never remember seeing him swinging 120 in his other reviews, he was usually around 110.

Personally, I think the bio cell + looked a lot better and the ability to customize colors on the bio cell + was really cool.

I counted 22 right now for the R15 and AB, not counting different weights....there is plenty on their custom site that should be no charge, like Speeder 6.0 and 7.0

As a base point of reference, about 5-6 mph more on his gamer.
I would give the other 3-4 mph to the light head here, that always comes with the pathetic smash factor.
Another sales ploy to sell more drivers.

Trying to catch Peter I presume.

Since I am not in the same place, it would appear that he is leaner.
Must be skipping the afternoon crumpets and have changed his diet.
He added some muscle in his shoulders, chest, back and forearms.

If only some here, would do that same.
Their golf games and everything else in their lives would be better.

If you look at the face impact figures, the 1st shot (315 carry) was the only ball he hit significantly above the center of the face (7mm Toe/11mm High). He got 293y of carry hitting one 11m heel and 3mm low. Thats phenomenal! Long story short, Rick stated many times he is converting to a fade. He obviously wasn't swinging great on the 430, but yes, the 460 looks way more forgiving.

You know how TM website can be confusing sometimes. I'll still stick with good ol' Aldila Tour Green I think. Some good choices though, it's getting more tempting with every hour that passes. Gotta at least try it out.

Bearing in mind that I'm in the process of giving up smoking that should save me £1000 a year, enough to be tempted by a new Driver and new set of irons??? Mmmmm!!

Yes, but the other two stock shafts (Rogue Silver 70 and KK Silver 60) are listed. Odd. May be a work in progress or not a final list. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.

I like the look of the M1. Be kind of fun to mess with the adjustments and see what would be best & I would like to compare it to my current driver. I don't mind when new products come out-that is all the more we can try...but I realize not everyone feels the same. I really like the new leather head covers TM, Callaway and Titleist have.
