(NO BUY/SELL/TRADE POSTS) Air Jordan GOLF footwear - AJ12 Low G Cherry - 12/13/22

My Golf Galaxy pair showed up today.  10.5 fits similar to the 10.5s I have in the IVs and the 11s I have in the XIs.  Sole seems pretty stiff out of the box but would imagine they will break in a bit with some wear.  Does anyone know if there is someone out there that sells matching shorter laces for them than what comes standard?  With them being golf shoes I would think they need to be tied a bit tighter than a normal pair.

I've said the same thing since these were even a concept...I just do not get this particular silhouette for a golf shoe. I have hundreds of pairs of Jordans, including at least a dozen or so of the 12s...and yet, I cannot see myself wearing these on the course.

Perhaps a stupid question, but I didn't want to go back and re-read 305 pages of the thread.  Will Nike replenish the Jordan 1 low colors that sold out already, or was that a limited release and they just won't be obtainable unless you want to pay secondary market prices?

Word is that they will restock. So far there are more people in this thread that say these will be consistently available throughout the year, than not.

Yeah the 12’s definitely aren’t my thing. Like I said, I think doing the 6’s again with the OG sole and new colorways have way more potential.

I'm not a fan of a lot of the Jordan silhouettes, but the 12 is one of the worst. Just about everything after 10 got funky. While I understand the functional use of patent leather on the 11's, they are just awful and it went downhill from there. 🤣 

 

I would be down for a golf shoe from 1-10. See how my 4's hold up before I get too excited, but I could see a few other possibilities down the road. 

 

But I'm also old, so there is that.

I'd have to disagree about the 11's.  I think they're the best ones released. To each his own though.

Hey, somebody has to like them or they would have stopped making them a long time ago. 🤣 Ugly chicks need love, too.

 

I don't play basketball, but I skated for 40+ years. Jordan 1's were some of the best skate shoes ever made. SB's started as Dunks for a reason. After the 10's the soles got wonky. Jordan 4's were the last pair of Jordans I skated in (when they were new 🤣)

It's completely different for golf.  I'd rather have the 11 which has a golf specific bottom than the 4 or 5's which are made to look and function like a basketball shoe.

My 4's show up today and I have an 8:04 tee time tomorrow. I have really liked my SB's, but they aren't full leather and the toe is white and now toast.

As far as fit of the 1’s I ordered 13 like I do in all my Nike golf shoes. Fit seems similar to everything else. Little more room in the toes than the 11’s.

OT from the 1's, but which Jordan Golf shoe release has the widest toe box? I would love to finally rock a pair of Jordan Golf shoes this year but find almost all Jordan (non-golf) sneakers way too narrow (with Air Jordan VI being the exception). Appreciate any advice here.
