I disagree. The 1s are fine walking in moderate conditions. If it's going to be a downpour, I'd wear other shoes, but I don't see an issue with walking 18 in the 1s with wet grass. They also appear to appeal to quite a few golfers in this thread as well as hypebeast types.

 

I'll submit the 11s as the most comfortable Jordans that I own.

12s aren't that comfortable in the scheme of all the others released, change my mind

 

11s take the cake, then the OG 1s, 9s and trainers with the free sole and then the ADG line IMO, minus the 4s because haven't tried them and won't, not my style. I even feel the 3s are better than the 12s and those things are pretty damn stiff out the box.

 

I've given the Taxi and the Masters release a good run but they are relegated to shelf life for the foreseeable future now

Again, I've walked in them several times and my feet were soaked the one time I did so for an early round with normal dew.  Was pretty disappointed in that, but the product description doesn't say there is any waterproofing so I can't get that upset.  Fine for walking, but not in wet/dewey conditions unless you don't walk in any rough. Otherwise you're feet will get wet.

Yep--I'm a dew sweeper, walk 99% of my rounds and crooked off the tee. I haven't had any issues with grip or my feet getting soaked in the wet rough I find myself in regularly 🤷‍♂️

I love my ones (3 pair) and cannot bring myself to wear them on the course.   I only wear them casually.

+1 to this. Footbed is nice and soft but just like the basketball version the upper is super stiff. I still love them but mostly for riding.

I usually go down half a size with Air Jordans, and I did the same with these. The initial fit was snug, but not uncomfortable. They broke in pretty good after a hole or so. I played a morning round, and the only thing negative I experienced was the traction in wet grass. I'll chalk that up to integrated traction and no spikes. I mostly ride, so I can't speak on walking a whole round with these on, but they were comfortable enough to where my feet weren't aching afterwards.

I think the black patent swoosh is even better, but just my own opinion.  Great pair of shoes. Casual or for golf.

Agreed. I like the 3 types of leather on 1 shoe. Already got some compliments just walking around (not golf).

W on the XIIs in 8; aside from the XIs I think the XIIs are the smoothest Js there are, golf or hoops.  Plus like the wheat/natural/white/gold/orange colorway.

Hmm... this is the first AJ1 Golf low that isn't a re-release of a previous AJ1 low.  

 

As a Toronto native, I'm definitely interested to see what these will look like.

 Me too.  If it didn't have the "White" in the color listing it would definitely be a Raptors colorway, I think they usually list that as Black/Court Purple/University Red.
