A very pleasant Spring day at our local Dogwood Festival at the campus of Lewis Clark State College. Arts and crafts under the Elms, live music and some good fair food. Shared a Gyro and Falafel with Mrs. scotee. Dogwoods and Redbuds in full and glorious bloom. Love Spring.

when i turned 50, i suddenly became allergic to the entire planet. the worst is grass.

 

yes, i’m allergic to grass and can’t take antihistamines (prostate will have a seizure and no peeing for me). i go through a box of kleenex in a round. i might just hang a bucket around my neck.

 

back nine is usually shaky from having a splitting headache. i wouldn’t mind golf being 12 holes.

 

some people might think i must have the rona, so they keep their distance. good for both of us. 😉

Spring in MT is different.  We have no leaves.  Certainly no flowers.  It’s windy, cold and total BS.

 

Today I fired a 78 in long underwear.  Fortunately there were two club winds.  Stocking cap all day.  Thermal, long sleeve and a wind stopper sweater.

 

i hate spring.

Sitting in the Airport for an overnight flight to Sao Paulo, feels like pre rona again. 8.5 hr flight then a 2 hr minimum taxi ride to the hotel, S.P. morning traffic is just ridiculous.

@Soloman1 made some putts today! 1 birdie and a bunch of par saves. Very fast greens and the SLED shines. Really didn't do anything different setup wise, they just dropped for a change instead of burning edges....stupid game. Of course I can't hit these irons to save my life, so scrambling from all over to get the looks. I have made some bad shaft choices over the years but these ust darts are the worst ever. No feel and way to stiff for the wood cutting swing.

Will do.  He will lose his mind 🤣.  For all i know  he’s ordered some special mud flaps with Yosemite sam or something that’s causing the wait.  I told him it was the dumbest purchase he’d made to date.  And this man bought one of those jet ski attachments that straps to your ankles with piping back to the jet ski and hovers you above the lake using jet ski exhaust. 🤦‍♂️
