Just to be clear, they are not restocked with the previously available balls. This is a new ball that has never before been sold.

Pretty excited. I still have a few dozen of the OG ball, and a few dozen of the 3-piece as well. The OG ball is one of my all time favorites, hoping that the new ball is just as good.

Same deal as most other situations: Max order of 2 boxes (4 dozen) per membership login. So if you have multiple membership numbers (i.e. my personal card, and my wife's card), then you can finagle getting 4 boxes/8 dozen if you wanted.

 

THAT BEING SAID, I loved the original 4 piece Tour Performance (black box), AND DESPISE the 3 piece Performance (silver box). To me, the 3 piece/silver box was too soft and spinny and went NO WHERE (except for the deep rough, bunkers, and general hazards).

 

This HAS to be a new ball (gold box), and I'm concerned that it's closer to the silver box/3 piece of last year/two years ago, since it's labeled "Performance One".

 

That being said...I needed some gloves for practice. So I'm ordering some to test.

Too soft? At 106 compression, for example a ProV1 is 104. Wouldn't say it's soft at all.
