Hit these today at the store. Felt great so I ordered a set (purple dot). I liked the stock shaft as well curious about the AMT 2.0

I like the blade length and overall foot print. Offset was minimal but I only hit the 7 iron

Here are some pics I took vs the IBLADE. Pretty close IMO

Really makes one appreciate the s55.

These look really good, simple and clean. Definitely worth a try. Also look like you can transition from i200 to iblade for a mixed set easily if you wanted too.

I'll give Ping this: they are knocking it out of the park in aesthetics. The iBlade and i200 are just perfect looking. Unfortunately I just cannot get over the feel. Too many years playing forged blades, I just can't get used to it. But man they make a good product. I used to love selling Ping in the shop.

I too have played forged for over 20 years, just last week I was able to hit both iBlade and the i200, both felt very solid and flew true distance for me (7i 175sh), love the dispersion on both, the iBlade was a bit more accurate for me (they were able to use the same shaft I have (C-Taper 130x), in term of looks, the iBlade "to me" looked better, that is not to say the i200 is not nice, it is actually really nice, they were both forgiving and easy to hit...iBlade for me though...

Looks like Ping could have a winner on their hands with these. They look great.

Kudos to them (along with Srixon) for realising less is more when it comes to club design and for delivering clean, understated products that perform. It looks like they may have reined in the crazy amounts of offset they generally go for as well.

These and the iBlades are probably the best looking clubs Ping have ever produced.

Other manufacturers take note: gaudy, ridiculously busy designs with garish colors are NOT required.

I have a set of iBlades (4-PW) and am thinking about buying a few i200's for my long irons since they look very close to one another. The set would blend nicely. The question is, where would the cut off be? I200 in 4/5 iron or 4/5/6?

I've got a set of iblades and play 5-p and a 4 in the ie1. I don't have any problems with the 5-p and could prolly hit the 4 in iblades if I wanted. Hit 15 greens with em last time out but there's not way I'm not getting a set of these also. I'll do my testing and decide what works best out if the two sets. Yeah I'm a hoe...

I change too much to list it. Working on that...

"Less is more"

What about the tungsten, ctp, epoxy and 431 stainless? Some irons are made of a single element, while there are at least four elements that we know about within the design of the i200.

Not knocking them at all, stellar for what they are, but simply simple they are not.

I was looking at the stock shaft offerings and was wondering if anyone had experience with the Modus 105 and the KBS Tour? I have not used either shaft was curious about differences other than weight.

Thanks

I tested this combo today..overall it's pretty decent package..mid to high ball flight, (the tip is not stiff) easy to work the ball both ways, also surprisingly straight as well. The swing weight it's on the light end, probably D1, so when I ordered the club, i asked to increase swing weight to D2. Also, contrary to what Rich Shield say the club feels "hard" I feel this combo feels pretty "soft" may be it's the shaft.

I was gonna order the tour 120 instead, but my Pro shop told me it's not being offer by Ping (surprise).

I tested these today at an indoor Ping facility. They looked nice, sounded and felt good, but didn't go great. Low ball speeds, about 8-12yds shorter than PXG, and 10-15yds shorter than APEX and M2tour. Same shafts, all 7 irons, same balls, same monitor.

Really nice though but the performance was not there (for me). Very true flight and spin numbers, and all pretty straight...but the distances were something that I'd normally see with blade type product.

Was this combo the Tour 105 or the KBS Tour? Thanks
