2undr hands down! I'll never wear anything else since I've discovered these

 

This. I tried a pair 2 years ago and immediately threw out all of my other underwear and bought more 2UNDR. It's all I will wear, even on non-golf days. It is genuinely life-changing. The first time you wear it, you wonder why no one invented it sooner. You pull them on and everything goes exactly where it is supposed to go, and it stays that way all day, comfortably. No sticking, no sweating, no adjusting, no bunching, no smashing, no misalignment.

 

2 UNDR are overpriced and work better than UA. The catch is, if one or both of "yours" fall out of the joey pouch, YOW! I'm wearing one of my pairs of 2UNDR right now. Great. Unless you sneak out of the joey pouch.

 

I have been wearing 2UNDER everyday for 2+ years and have never had this issue. Maybe you are wearing a size too big?

 

As for UA (or the FJ clone), just no. I prefer not to have everything just mashed down with compression underwear that could have been designed for the female anatomy.

Agreed, but it's hard to focus on my shot when I play in a hot, humid environment and my underwear is sweaty and bunching (take that for a visual image for the rest of the day :) )

I have some 2undr, under armour, my package and Duluth trading buck naked boxer briefs in my drawer right now and I mainly wear the Duluth buck naked. It is basically the exact same as exofficio but a little thicker and a better waistband. All of them seem to ride up my thighs.

I also had the issue with the joey pouch where one of my berries would fall out a lot

Under armour has always been good for me, but also some reebok ones I picked up from dsg a few years back. Much like the under armour but with more give in the mesh pouch area.

 

I will never look at you again when we golf. Way, way, way too much information V.

Which come with the pouch to prevent unnecessary shifting/pinching? Does the Target C9 have this much needed feature? Need to protect the boys.

If I know I'm spending an afternoon on the course for range sess and 18+ holes, I usually go with UA or Nike Pro compression shorts.

How could you not be worried about your boys?!

Maybe you don't walk the course? Maybe you live without humidity? In the Southeast humidity, heat and how you deal with it are always something to think about.

It only took one round of chaffing while playing in Williamsburg VA one summer to know you'd better have on the right equipment down there.

Summer in Virginia is the truth. It may be 88 degrees, but it's humid and feeling at least 10 degrees warmer than that.

You're unfamiliar with the boxerjock & boxerjock performance? Non-compression and the correct answer to OP's original questions.

 

There are versions that have a non-working fly and are semi-compression, but boxerjocks are certainly not compression underwear.

I agree on the Champion ones.

 

Believe it or not, Russell Athletic 3 pack at Walmart for 9.99. Feels and performs just as well as Nike and Under Armour ones that are sold for 30 bucks each.

 

I wasn't as much of a fan of these. I do buy all my golf shorts at Walmart though.

Same here. They are super comfortable and don't get all bunched up. They go on sale every month or so on Amazon for about $15/pair
