Don't know how it is in FL, but in GA, if the keys are in the ignition of the car, and you're in the vehicle, even if it's parked, you can be charged with driving under the influence. There's the assumption that the vehicle has been moved/"operated".

I believe he was asked to recite the alphabet backwards and messed up the instructions, thinking he was being asked to recite the national anthem backwards instead. "After several times of explaining the instructions he completed the task correctly." I don't know if I could do that sober.

lol..yea, I understand. I was trying to be funny (failed)....The report says when asked if he understood the Romberg alphabet test, he stated, "yes, recite entire national anthem backwards."

So the police report says he was parked and asleep at the wheel and no mention of refusing a breathalyzer test or smell of alcohol. Lots of fake news being thrown out there.

That's only because people are confused about where to get real news, from real journalists, that require verification of what's reported. Not a single report from any of the major news media agencies(Fox, ABC, NBC, CNN, CBS) said anything about alcohol.

NOPE! He was illegally parked on the road with car running. And apparantly his foot was on the brakes too.

 

But just sitting behind the wheel of a running car with the keys in it, is DUI. If the car is on side of the road, and the car is turned off, and the keys are not in the ignigtion, then its not a DUI.

We're told the officer smelled alcohol on Woods' breath and at that point Woods became "arrogant." We're told the officer asked him to blow into a breathalyzer but he refused.

The police report stated that Tiger claimed he was returning from playing golf in California! I thought the Dr said no twisting (although an evening with Amanda Duffner probably involves a fair amount of twisting).

 

Also the name on the police report was listed as Eldrick Tiger Woods, but his name is Eldrick Tont Woods. His lawyers will probably try to claim it wasn't him.

read the police report. He was all over the road, swerving and he was a danger to himself and others. The police had no choice but to remove him from the road. His refusal to take a test just shows you how guilty he is. I am not sure he has hit bottom yet but hopefully its a wake up call for him.

I had both knees replaced a year apart, on both occasions I was prescribed oxycodone (allergic to hydro) as a painkiller. The first 4-5 days the dosage is quite heavy 2 pills ever 3-4 hours..........that's a LOT of oxy everyday ...........but I never looked messed up, nothing close to what he looks like in that mugshot.

Did you ever sit in jail and then get your picture taken at 7 the next morning?
