Playing Ocotillo, Ak-Chin Southern Dunes, Desert Canyon, Eagle Mountain, Lookout Mountain, and probably Sun Ridge Canyon for the last round.

 

I'm sure a lot of you visit the Scottsdale area for golf and I'm wondering if any of you have any restaurant/bar recommendations? My buddies and I have been there a few times and always eat out for dinner/lunch but still haven't found any epic grub. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :D

Its been a couple of years, but I really enjoyed Los Dos Molinos for really good (and spicy) New Mexico Style Mexican food. Try the Carne Adovada, pork marinated and braised in red chile sauce.

Just arranged Cabot for the end of May. These will be the most spectacular courses I've ever played so I am looking forward to it more than the usual trip.

 

Four months away and I am already counting the days until departure.

 

Good golf or bad it will be a trip for the ages.

I will be in Cabo San Lucas the second week of June. My buddy and I will be staying at Diamante. We will play 3 rounds at El Cardonal and 1-2 rounds at The Dunes Course. I've been wanting to play Buffalo Ridge for many years. Also, curious how the Crenshaw course is coming. Time to start planning this.

It is a terrific fun course and exceeded my expectations. On the other hand, I also played Top of the Rock, which I thought was way overblown. a lot of sizzle but not much steak and very expensive.

My Dad and I are taking a trip to Monterey for the 3rd week of March for a golf bonding trip. Current schedule is Spyglass the first day, Spanish Bay the second day, and we used some connections to get Saint Lucia Preserve on the third day. I'm so excited and just hoping for decent weather the whole time.
