Very interesting that nothing Callaway stayed in the bag (Odyssey putter of course). Given how well he has played with the Callaway stuff, and how good his short game seems to be, I'm surprised the wedges didn't stay around at least.

 

Also a big win for TaylorMade over Callaway given he's bagged the M3 rather than the Rogue when given the choice...

Satin VR Pro’s are so nice. Shame that they only made retail ones in chrome.

 

you do know that is a very simple fix right? scotch brite wheel, dremel and about an hour and a half and you have satin.

Kind of funny to see just a hint of tip prep poking out of the adapter/hosel of the woods as they probably pulled those straight out of the callaways. Definitely something to be said for the performance/feel from one specific shaft (or 2 in this case) when they couldve just used new uncut ones.

Could be? I never liked his clothing style with the fancy pockets on his pants and I heard he had some drama in college. That aside I like his tenacity and in team events he's a throw back to times when Arnie and Jack would step on necks.

He had the issues with his Callaway clubs last year and blamed it on the lofts and lies being off. I think he lost confidence in his clubs. He went back to the last set of clubs he remembers having confidence in ...his Nike's.

I would bet that over the years he will be someone that switched clubs more often than average.

Came to his senses.

PGA Tour Live showed he'd only hit 46% of measured fairways so far this season. Ouch!

 

Struggled at Career Builders cuz of the driver. Still trying to find the right TM driver head and shaft combo.

That makes sense. Kind of surprised he hasn’t tried the Bridgestone ball again. But definetly would play what I was used to until I found something better. ( if it’s out there )

Agreed. That’s the ball I play and it wasn’t hard to change to that compared to the tp5x
