Considering how many back injuries Romo has suffered I find it impressive he plays to the level he does.

 

Put another way: I'm not even close to Romo's level and I don't have back injuries.

Apparently there was either an emergency or a family commitment he needed to go home for. Romo is being replaced by an amateur player.

Mickekson, Spieth, Day, hopefully DJ can have a great day and get back in it. At this point I like Cabrerra-Bello. He’s playing MPCC today which is a big advantage. Just looking for the cream to rise. Also praying for good weather tomorrow so they can at least get in 72 holes.

Saw that DJ is playing with his son’s grandpa. If that kid becomes a mediocre golfer he cannot blame his genes.

 

The kid also might become a hockey player.

Or both. Many scandinavian top pro's had careers as good hockey players before going to to golf. And hockey players you bring to the driving range to test golf (I have done that a few times) do better than average on their first range session.

They said on PGA Tour radio yesterday Romo was going to WD due to he's going to be attending a funeral.

I don’t get the putting by DJ. He’s way off, missing short ones on 2 and 6. You can’t get those strokes back. After 7 it’s a tough road.

I think its just plain old chewing gum, probably spearmint
