This may have been covered in here but I don't have time to parse the whole thing - I've read that there were a lot of late withdraws and they had to go deep into the alternates list but I haven't seen a why for all of the withdraws?

 

My gas without knowing anything would be the weather. No one likes to play in rainy conditions even at pebble.

Those early featured groups were.... poorly picked. Spieth and DJ and Phil were all out there, but we didn't get to see any of it really. Really odd decision there.

 

I don't mind seeing the ams play, but that's not why I'm watching. Romo is the most interesting I think, since he's not getting any strokes and he's a solid player. But I think we would all rather watch the pros.

I must have missed something...? The company does a lot of good for people who are less fortunate, more than most companies, and the shoes are pretty comfortable.

The featured groups are only those playing PB. They'll show shots from the other course but it seems like they only have a few cameras out there.

I've seen a few shots from the other courses but I'd guess it's because they have the majority of the cameras at Pebble since that's the only course that will be played Sunday. Would cost too much to have enough on all 3 courses.

Seems like they are showing mostly second tier pros with ams that no one is interested in. I don't want to watch a 60 year old hedge fund manager hit a chip shot, I don't care how rich he is or if he is a 3 handicap. For the ams, they need to keep it to celebs and athletes.

 

I know I know, I should just change the channel if I don't like it.
