What did he do with his tee shot on 18? They haven’t shown it.

Are players MANDATED to use the drop zone on #17? Why couldn't Tiger have dropped on that path on the back of the green, no closer to the hole?

 

I believe tournament rules state they must use the drop zone.

 

Or retee, correct? But wouldn’t a local rule like be superseding the actual rule?

What happens if you land on that walkway, then chip your second shot into the drink? Could you only re-hit, or would you have a drop option? If it's the latter, it seems odd to have a changing hazard like that.

Rickie had a triple. I read earlier that it last happened in 2016. Prior to that it was like 2009 or something.

Tigers out of it.. You just simply can't do that on the PGA tour these days. Maybe weather can save him on the weekend.
