Not at all. I've followed Woodland around at a couple tournaments, he's an extremely nice guy with a very calm demeanor. Rahm seems to be the exact opposite.

Woodland has a really smooth swing too compared to Rahm's very aggressive, abbreviated swing.

curious observation ...

rahm is 24, has been a pro for about 2 1/2 years, and has 2 pga/3 euro titles ... 5 pro titles (2 of the euro titles were in fairly big events) ...

 

gary woodland is 34, and took about 4-5 years to attain a somewhat secure status on the pga tour ... has 3 wins ...

 

very curious comparison ... i don't see rahm as being anything like gary woodland ... he's young and has enjoyed a high degree of success at an early age ... do you think rahm should've won 10 times by now? ...

Understandable. They both just seem to do something down the stretch to derail themselves. Obviously Rahm could very well grow out of that (and probably will), they just remind me of each other at this point.

 

And after your edit, sorry, didn’t mean to offend you. Just a similar feel to me, at this point.

The weekend, especially Sunday does NOT look good at all. Could be a lot of stopping and starting. If it were a normal TOUR event, They would move up all the tee times by about 3 hours and go 3somes off split tees --- and tape delay the TV Coverage.
