It hit a tree and bounced there, it was actually headed into the woods

Don't get TOO excited yet... but if DJ keeps swinging for the fences and Brooks keeps hanging around at even par for the round, things could get interesting.

I don’t play golf at 2:30

> I think most of us agreed that DJ had the stronger resume than Brooks going into the week, but how about after assuming he wins this one? 6 wins including 4 majors vs 20 wins including 1? Let's remove 1 major from each player to make things easier: DJ 19 regular wins vs Koepka 2 regular wins + 3 majors. Remove Koepka's regular wins and we get 17 wins vs 3 majors. I know it's super tempting to give it to Brooks, but Dustin does have 6 WGCs as well and 4 Fed ex playoff wins. I'm not even sure where I stand.

its a case of looking at career versus window of 5-10 years.its a marathon not a sprint. DJ should have/could have multiple times in majors and Brooks just did it. For now its really wild to see and talk about. Phil broke through late and won 5 majors while never getting to #1 because obviously Tigers decade+ wouldnt allow it. DJ is consistently #1 and contending seemingly at most majors. You have to think he wins a few more, its almost impossible to picture him not but you never know. Also with all due respect to Brooks, I dont know what the next 5 years hold in store for him.I doubt he makes any swing changes but again based on his full resume can we assume in the next 5 years he wins only 2 tour events and 3-4 more majors? Hard to see that repeating based on historical trends but again who knows

somebody said hes averaged 23rd place in his last 4 majors and moving up with today so hes trending nicely.I know he gets alot of flack for being slow but from where hes come from with a career threatening back injury so young to now should be commended.I admire his perseverance

I'd say he's big in his sport. Yeah not compared to body builders and football players. In his sport I would say he is in the top 2 percent as far as physique is concerned which still isn't saying much.

After seeing him, hes in great shape, perfect for his game. 6', 205-210.

Hes not jacked because he doesnt lift in that weight/rep range or eat to gain mass. But he defintely has a frame that he could lift heavy, eat a lot, and get to 240 in a couple years and be pretty big.
