New cobra MB iron

Completely different plating.  Black were DBM, copper are PVD.  By the looks of the wear photos in the "forged tec copper" thread they aren't holding up well at all.

Thanks. I think wear is not a bad thing. The reason most are worried about wear is that they are worried about resale value. I have never cared about resale value when purchasing clubs.

My rev33's seem to have done alright so far with the finish. I have not gotten to play a round with them but I have been practicing around 5 days a week hitting tons of balls (off mats) and so far so good. My 5 iron though has s ding toe side on the face that I don't know if it is a finish issue or not. I am extremely careful with all my clubs and have never seen anything like this.  I thought about contacting Cobra to see if I could get a new 5 iron head but Bryan Laroche blueprinted these perfectly so I am not willing to rebuild one.

I'm a big fan of those new blades. The finish is nice. I think those combined with a nice flat finished shaft (C-Taper or dust black C-Taper) would be a great looking set.

Got to hit the not milled version of the Rickie irons yesterday! Look scary, but was not all that different in forgiveness from my blueprints. But seriously..they look terrifying at address.

Love the looks (grew up on blades in the 70s), my 2019 Cobra King forged CBs are actually shorter toe to heel, lol!

Saw a set of the copper finish blades at a local shop.  At address, they look a lot like my old Wilson FG17 blades.

Hit the RF forged and found it less intimidating to hit than it looked. Felt really great.. Went in to test the new RadSpeed OL and left thinking I may enjoy the RF's... (where the heck did I put my common sense?)

Glad I saw this thread.  I thought I was going to land a set of REV33 for a steal of a price. Haha.  

I wonder if we'll see more REV33 going on the secondary market now that RF is not playing so well.

TBH, I think I would spend less money and get P7TW.

Tools not jewels. Clubs are going to get dinged up especially forged irons. Prob a pebble on the mat. Does suck tho hate when that happens

I kind of want just a 7 iron of these to use for indoor in front of mirror practice where I am just trying to get certain feels and hit certain positions. I hit the demo 7 at a store and actually striped it pretty well,
