I have a set of Srixon irons Z355 (5-10) but I don't like playing with full set and like the MDs better.

 

I always want to have irons matching, wedges matching and woods too but not the whole bag necessarily but haven't managed it yet due to cost issues..

Nothing in my bag matches.  It's not something that I did intentionally.  It just occurred over the last couple of years as I've slowly found stuff that worked in each spot.

 

So I have:

Srixon - Driver and 4 utility iron

Callaway - 3 wood

Taylormade - 5 wood

Ping - irons

Titleist - wedges

Bettinardi - putter

Let's see. I have a Ping driver, Cobra 3 wood, Taylormade Hybrid, Mizuno Irons, Cleveland wedges, and an Odyssey putter. So 6 wow! I also play a Prov1 ball.

The Bettinardi putter can be swapped out for a Ping or Scotty at any moment, so I am between three and four....

Pretty much always been an equipment free agent, currently have five brands in the bag:

3- Callaway 54, 58, and 64 degree wedges

1- Tour Edge fairway wood

1- Taylormade hybrid

1- Titleist putter.

Maybe next year I'd like to simplify the top of the bag for more consistency in look/feel (driver especially). I'm curious if the new Titleist and Ping drivers can beat what I have now, but I'm doubtful.
