Probably until supply chains open up more. They're basically pre-selling the commitment they get from their manufacturer

Also anybody got the system requirements for this PC? My PC currently is pretty beefed up as it was required to run my SkyTrak/TGC stuff.

Anyone have PC / projector recommendations for the Launch Pro? Just ordered mine and need to get a PC and Projector now! I am not a huge tech person and am wondering what people have set up for theirs or recommend. The recommended specs are really broad. Appreciate the help.

• GC2, GCQuad, or GCHawk launch monitor
• PC operating Windows 7 or greater
• Recommend processor speed i7 (Gen6)
• Must have NVidia GeForce 1050 Ti video card or greater

 

As for projector it really depends on your budget and if you're using it for anything else.

Yes, a tiny pack tho. Maybe 50 max? I bought 500 on eBay for $8.

Yes, it comes with like 100 stickers on a sheet.(potentially less I don't have them with me at work)

 

I do feel like i will need to purchase more stickers somehow.

 

but i haven't even tried club mode yet tbh. Been having so much fun with just the ball data

I bought a Lenovo Yoga 15 laptop a while back. Was about $1200 iirc.  i7 , GTX1050, 512GB SSD. I really wanted a 13" laptop for carrying around but couldn't find one in 13" that had a 1050 or better. Mine has a 1050 and has never had a hiccup running SkyTrak, TGC, or E6 simulation so I figure that's plenty.

Dremel on foam...  Pls explain.  I have a bunch of tool cases with "pluck foam" that I use for various purposes.  How would you use a Dremel for this purpose?  Which bit?

Well, i am going to pluck the majority of it and then use the dremel to round out the corners to get a more exact fit but may just do the plucking and forget the dremel.  Or maybe use an exacto knife or may order a solid piece of foam and cut it out.  Just spitballing at this point but i just want to make sure i get the depth exact since the layers come out in 2 inch depths i think.  I even thought about using the foam that comes in the GC3 box and trying to fit it in the case, but we will see

I bought this one at harbor freight. Fits my BLP, cables, and alignment stick.

Yes, I got the same issue. Their documentation is quite confusing because it implies support for older ipads, but they need >2GB ram for it to work.

 

The gc3 doesnt support the older app so he will need to buy a newer ipad...

Do we know this for sure or would we expect a newer firmwear release to address this?  I have a 6th Gen iPad that only has 2MB of RAM, so hoping that this doesn't require an upgrade.

I know nothing about computers but I was going to order a i5 for my GC3.  Are those comparable to i7's?

It will run on an i5.  Graphics card is more important.  If you post the specs or link to it I’m sure some of the knowledgeable people here can help.
