Don’t know what’s going on @TaylorMade Golf but so much for no delays.  I ordered MyStealth on day 2 and it’s now pushed back a week for me according to the order site..😡

Says they saw 2 mph gains in ball speed in the Stealth over the SIM2. This was from 9 different points on the face, but they never stated if it was an average increase or how it was calculated over the 9 points.

Nice to see that Taylormade made an improvement in their Stealth drivers and there is data to prove that fact!

A week and a half till my fitting at the kingdom. Played last weekend and hit 12/14 fairways with my SIM2 with Ventus Black 7-TX. Not sure what more I could ask for, so we'll see how my numbers compare to the Stealth+. Currently playing an 8 degree head. Hoping I can possibly loft up to 9 to get a bit higher launch, but it'll all depend on spin conditions.

SIM2 8 degree - Ventus Black 7x

SIM2 3 wood - Ventus Black 8x

Srixon ZX Utility 2 Iron - Ventus Black 10TX

Mizuno MP-20 MMC 4-PW - Project X 6.5

Saw that yesterday. Cool video. Matt wolffe needs to be more confident. He comes off as annoying and way too concerned about what those other guys care about him.

Once people are older than 10, there is no change in personality. I think it voice makes him seems less masculine.

The sim2 is a really good driver. If you really get on with it then you probably won't see much in stealth. Maybe a reduction in spin - loft for loft or maybe, as you've noted, the ability to go higher in loft and keep.spin the same.

But sim2 was really good for dispersion. I think you're going to have to make a call on whether you just like the stealth or not...outside of a head to head, on course, you will have a tough choice because you won't see much difference on an indoor fitting or even on an outdoor fitting...

Nah...rory has the same kind of voice. But listen to wolffe...how many times does he say something about his back and swingspeed...he's got that subtle little tell that he's just not a confident person. I can see a bit of why he struggled about 16 months ago. A life on the road, away from your support system, can be very tough...more so if you lack self confidence.

If the Stealth+ is slightly more neutral bias, like even a few percent, I'll likely go with it even if the same launch conditions are produced.

I found sim2 to be pretty neutral. 8 found stealth to be about the same.

You can't lose regardless..both very, very good drivers. If you have a shot you don't like with sim2 and want adjustable weight to dial in something then that's where the gain is over sim2...for those who got on well with sim2.

The stability of sim2 combined with the ability to make stealth+ fade biased is what I loved the most.

Just spoke to Taylormade CS.  He said supply chain is causing some delays now.  Just wish @TaylorMade Golf hadn’t assured us that this wasn’t an issue.  We have windows here in KC during winter it gets really nice and we can play.  The delivery would have been perfect timing, but now with the delays, I’ll be missing a really good one….

It’s just the RDX Black shaft and a Taylormade Z Grip…. I’ve built other clubs to check and that part doesn’t seem to be an issue.   I even asked if there was something I could change to make it happen on time and he said no….  I have No idea.  Again, I understand things happen and I can be patient, but don’t come on a big forum like this a say everything is good.  Now it just looks bad, and I’m a Taylormade guy through and through.

That's a big reason I'm glad to do my own club work.  Were I buying, I'd get stock and plug the shaft in that I want, with the grip that I want (leather, generally).

For the most part, I'd be using shafts I've already got...

I know, but it this case it’s a missed opportunity. And Ive also heard the same thing on other stuff… one week became 3 months.  Oh well. In the grand scheme it’s not that important, just don’t make promises.

That sliding weight gives you 20 yards left/right adjustment. That is better than your Sim2.

Thinking the sliding weight will be key for me. Miss is usually a slight push when I can't get the face turned over. Movable weight slightly to the heal should help offset those misses with a little gear effect. Spin difference will be the key as I'd love to go into a 9º if possible to get my launch up around 12º.
