This is so great--- Reaction to Rick Shiels's Hammer test

The legend himself reacts to Rick Shiels's test.  He has an argument for everything  🙂

I love how Hamm says people need to keep trying the driver...I assume just long enough to outlast whatever warranty is on the Hammer.  I also like his digs on "zero technology".  OEM's everywhere are laughing... actually it's more accurate they aren't even giving this a second thought.

I like how he goes on about the "technology" saying they flipped the face over, which doubles the sweet spot.. Without elaborating on how that works whatsoever. I'm 6 minutes in and this video is already gold if you just want to laugh at some BS. It's the face design that's aerodynamic! It's flat as a pancake, pancakes don't fly through the air head on very well, I'm no club designer though

If you're 6 minutes in, it gets better.  Especially when he claims to have swing tips for Shiels.  Admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of Shiels but the video caught my attention  (I was actually looking for the original Hammer infomercial).  I also like how Hamm completely dismisses what COR is.  It's obvious he doesn't understand true technology (such as how he doesn't seem to understand driver faces are thin so they have trampoline effect).

For such massive claims I'm surprised Jack hamm doesn't have a huge online presence. 260 yard 8 irons and 400+ yard drives are any YouTubers dreams. Just finished the video, had to get some popcorn, that was pure entertainment.

I'm always astonished by these strange phenomena of business.

I've never seen anyone with a Hammer in the bag. Jack Hamm is universally a joke in every golfing community I've ever been involved in.

Shiels posted his original review a year ago? Hamm's response has to be more recent than that.

All of this tells me that Hamm is still selling these things...and my question is how?

How does he pay rent or a mortgage every month? Is dude independently wealthy or something? Or does he live under a bridge?

Ultimately, I wonder what it must be like to go through life being such a DB. Gotta be a lot of Columbian marching powder involved - or perhaps the Russian mafia.

This just doesn't add up.

“Let’s stop it right here for the golfers.  This thing has G-force, speed that can’t be explained by physics, faster than a sword graphite shaft, technological advances the Big OEMs could only dream of and Rick Shiels obviously sucks at golf.”  - Jack Hamm

Seriously funny $hi! going on in this video.

I'm confused. Is he saying Florida doesn't have any swamps? Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

Swamp land in Florida is just an analogy for selling a scam. He's saying other manufacturers drivers are worthless crap, so if you buy a no technology beer can $3 shaft driver from anyone else, it's useless, like swampland in Florida

Absolutely ear magnetics - couldn't stop listening and pure awesome post 😎👌

Fun facts-

- The shaft of Hamm is the most expensive sahft in golf

- the douchnozzle with Jack is so defensive it's hilarious 😂

- hard face technology is the truth!

- powesphere "technology " behind the middle isn't used for middle strikes as it is supposed to be hit above golden line.

This driver is beyond our skills and ability to understand the space age technologies...I'm oddly honored

I have actually hit this.  One of my regular playing partners is in the industry and had one.  No idea where he got it.  Horrible sound and feel and easily outdistanced by my regular driver.  But, it was good fun on a summer day.  He has some other weird offerings he has accumulated over the years.

That was awful.  Couldn't make it through the whole thing.  Already regret the time I gave up for what I watched.  E=MB squared, LOL.  Dude sounds drunk.  And, if you're going to have a youtube channel critiquing other youtube videos get a better damn internet connection.  The buffering was making me crazy.  What a joke.

So true, so clever! We here in Cali are very sciency and believe only in truthiness and I like no love your powerful pertinent comment! I know this because Cali people say "facts" and "science" a lot, and I see lots of yard signs here that say "this family believes in science!"

I so badly want somebody to list a Hammer or Hammer X driver on the BST forum.  It would be absolutely stellar if somebody had the entire Hammer collection  listed as a lot including the drivers, fairways  (I assume they make them), hybrids, and putter.

I do like the infomercial claim that Jack is the greatest golf club designer in the world.    I would love to see a technology debate between Mr. Tom Wishon and Jack Hamm. Nearly every claim made by Jack about his Hammer driver goes against what Tom Wishon states in The Search for the Perfect Golf Club  and The New Search for the Perfect Golf Club.

Hmm...agreed with the 1st part.  Really unnecessary Florida comment though....and I own a home on the SoCal coast.  Many in Cali are looking to move to FL, ARK, IA, TX, NC, SD.  I wouldn't judge a person based on where they live, man

That was a solid fact-free reaction video. Also, he must be at least 65 years old now and apparently still stiffs 8 irons from 260 and averages 430 off the tee.

There’s a solid chance that Hamm makes the majority of his money leading cults, just listening to the way he talks in this video.

This guy is so full of shite his eyes are brown and there’s brown stuff coming out of his ears and mouth….. I’d love to see some robotic test done to prove what a pos the club is. Of course I’m sure Hamm would tell the robot it’s wrong. He is a moron that doesn’t even understand cc’s or physics.  It is physically impossible for an object that has a mass to not have ccs. Anything that has weight will displace water. To measure ccs you fill a container with water to a certain level. You then place the object in the container and measure the increased water level. The additional amount of measured displaced water is the cc of that object.
