Surprisingly strong field this time - plenty of the big names. So it should be pretty hard for any first-time hopeful winners to break through the favourites.

I agree, those 20 footers used to be automatic.  Maybe she needs putting lessons from Brooke and switch to left hand low 🤣

I think Brooke will regret missing this week, cause next week she's gonna learn a horrible lesson about left-hand-low.  Basically the only issue last week was 2 lag putts on Sunday.  When you get 40ft or more, she doesn't have the stroke and comes up about 15ft short.  She probably needs to learn over 30ft use conventional stroke (be too late next week), cause speed is more important than line especially with Brooke.  I think I've seen Lydia go conventional on longer putts when she was using LHL

Yeah, the commentators always mention that Lydia like to switch from conventional to LHL depending on the distance.  I don't know anyone else on tour that does that although I've never paid that close attention either. 

 

But you're right about the lag putting.  It's gonna be uber important this week and next.

I follow quite a few of the ladies on their IG pages.  It's fun to see them living their high flying lifestyle, by doing laundry at A-road gas stations, eating gas station sausage rolls, hitting up all the coffee shops for treats etc.  Many elected not to fly into Scotland with all the issues those airports have had, so they road tripped it up from London.

IMHO ... JYK = FTW ... but "EKP" moniker = fits with In Gee Chun's regal wave/ posture/ demure personality? (InGee won't "mukbang"... whereas JYK will "mukbang" in most of her videos!)

Hye Jin Choi open's up with a nice round, she really is due for a win all indicators show.  Sei Young is looking ready to win again, she seems to be on the right side of the leaderboard lately.  She's just gotta pull a Brooke and let the putting get out of her way.

Narin An also had a pretty good round.  She's been close a couple of times as well although not as consistent as Hye Chin.  Another one of those SK "rookies"
