Here is #13.  I think this is one of the toughest par 4's that I play.

It also plays 2 clubs extra coming in. Does it look uphill much? I guess it doesn't.

well, seeing as how the line hasn’t budged even a half point in over a week, i went ahead and placed my wagers for tomorrow. 

 

barring a huge injury announcement, i feel confident in my picks.

Plus doesn’t he say it’s a par 3, so in theory the landscape between the tee box and green are inconsequential?

... Good course designers do everything they can to trick your eye. Probably a 50 foot drop between the tee and green which creates the illusion the green is higher than the tee. In reality according to my slope, it is level in the middle, slightly higher by 1yd on the back and 1 yd lower on the front. It takes a Tiger to change anything for 1 yd so it plays the exact yardage for us mortals. But I get paired with those not using slope that will state it plays about 1/2 club longer because it is uphill. Since all the trouble is short, I never correct them.

Thought this was cool enough to share with you guys. Last time I played TPC Scottsdale my son took this pic. He just sent me the pic along w/the one of Rahm today in the exact same place! Told him what a great catch that was 😊

50% of the food is from the C.C. where I work.

25% is take out from local restaurants.

25% is Chef Lawrence's creations. 😆
