Buy from a retailer. When I purchased from PGASS I received them in two weeks.

Call. If you’re left handed they told me it’s looking like a week or so and by the end of the month. They marked me down for an expedited order when they have enough heads to fulfill custom orders. They were super helpful and easy

IMO the tour was hands down out of the league of the Srixon but you definitely need to try them.

They did an amazing job with the King Tours. I have a set of forged Fly Z+ which are one of the predecessors to these and the King Tours are a significant improvement. And I really like those FZs!
 

I have a set of King Tour 4-7 with CB 8-PW with $-Tapers. 

I didn’t demo the cb but I love the look and consistency of the tour enough to make me think there’s no reason to not go with a full set. I’ve often played more “demanding” of an iron so not sure if I’m missing out on the cb or even the cb/mb set. What made you combo the cb and tour?

eBay made me do it 🙂. Well, partly. I had already seen someone else with the same split and liked the progression. That being said, if the right deal came up for a full set of Tours I'd have taken those too.

Fair enough. I’m glad your answer didn’t make me second guess not having tried the cb or mb but the forgivenesses AND consistency of the tours was incredible. Short blade length and the top line passed my eye test what isn’t to love. I can’t wait to get them

And don't forget the feel. Like I said, I thought the old Fly Z+ felt great for a pocket cavity type design and didn't see much of an improvement when they evolved into the MIM, but these King Tours feel so good for what they are. I tried them side by side with the T-100, T-100S, P770, P7MC and liked these the best with the T-100 next. I was on the verge of getting the P7MC, actually went in expecting to confirm that decision, but my mind was changed. 

 

PS - Once I'm done testing these Fujikura Axioms in my old TM TPs, they will be going into the King Tours. I'm about 9 years late, but the 2014 TP 4- and 5-irons have come alive with the Axioms. I've already hit the King Tour 7-iron with Axiom and it is crazy nice.

I agree I felt the t100 was my second favorite of everything I tested that day which surprised me. I haven’t hit a titleist iron since the 714ap2 cb combo set and I’ve always disliked the clicky feel of the cb and it’s turned me off to titleist. The t100 felt similar to the tour imo but I couldn’t miss with the tours. Nothing else was as consistent I was sold instantly

Sitting at DFW with yet another AA delay and happened to check the stock on these for maybe the 13th time today and like magic they appeared in stock so my order is in! 4-7 day custom build time can’t complain about that!

This was a HOME RUN test with the 8iron

 

felt easier to sit flush and keep the face open ...fight the hook, so that's key 

also hear/think these deals with toe strikes effectively

I think this slots in perfectly between the i230 and the peg 0317cb for forgiveness and softness/feel 

ideal for me with where I am in my swing journey right now

Well my tours made it today! Appear to be just as ordered! I took a chance on a new grip with the lamkin sonars so we’ll see about that but I imagine I’ll be putting the UTX on sooner than later. They won’t see the course today unfortunately. But tomorrow is a new day!

Funny - I stocked up UTX Wraps because I loved them so much and just installed a new Sonar Wrap to try. Yet to hit a ball with it - feels decent just doesn’t have the rougher texture of the UTX material. For context, I was historically a GP Tour Wrap Full Cord player.

Well finally made it out for an E9 with the new tours. There everything I thought they’d be from my experience in the sim. My biggest praise for them is not only the feel and consistency but for me it was the forgiveness not just distance wise but on ball flight. I had a bad lie on a par 5 for my second as I didn’t catch enough slope off the tee so I was left with a lay up 5 iron trying to get close to the front of the green but take out risk of water green side. Ball a ways above my feet and I put half the ball so far off the toe it didn’t catch grooves lol. But somehow someway that thing hoisted it straight up in the air and landed like a dream. I stand by my claim these are the best irons in their class this year undoubtedly.

I know that a lot of single irons for the MB and/or CB were sold out on the Cobra website and are back in-stock. Definitely helpful for those who went with the combo set and maybe wanted to make a slight change such as adding some MB down set or CB up set

Really impressed with the tours. Was playing zx7 mki and now picked up a set of Tours. To me, they feel just as good, if not, dare I say better? I’ll need more time with them but initial impressions are these will stay a while.

I couldn't agree more. These irons are unbelievable. I've settled on 4-8 CB, with 9 and PW MB. I feel like they should get more accolades but I think it's more a testament to how much good equipment is out these days, you really can't go wrong with any OEM

Absolutely, the King CBs are the best performing and best looking out of all the players cavity backs I have hit this year (although I am yet to hit the new T100 and T150), has anyone seen the King CBs in the short irons and wedges especially the PW and GW (pics would be very much appreciated) as I have only seen them from 4 iron to 7 iron.
