Not really. I’m 6’1” and play a similar setup. I have longer arm so shorter works better

Love the weight setup in the driver. Something I would be considering if I had a darkspeed.

I wonder how many PGA guys are playing shorter than 45" with driver? It still boggles my mind that stock shafts end up measuring in the 45.75-46" range off the rack. So bad for most golfers. What's your wrist to floor?

A good bit play shorter. I don’t know what my wrist to floor measurement is. I use to game 44 and went up 1/4 until I got to 45 and then went back to 44.5 as the sweet spot.

Another guy using the hi-rev.  Seems to be a lot of players going to softer wedge shafts.  Perhaps because they are playing lower spin balls? (left dash/dot etc...)

Could be that.

 

They want all the spin they can get with most greens running at 12-14.   Most don’t also hit full shots with 56-60 so going softer doesn’t hurt.

Good to see GW back at it.  I always loved his action and the stingers for sure.  Shots like that are a necessity for playing in the Midwest/Kansas wind.

 

Love the putter, my favorite Scotty style by far (the 5) and much prefer it over the "fang" 7's.

Same here.  Playing 44.5 and it’s been a game changer for me.

I could not have GW printed on my 60 degree in the spot where most companies print the loft/model.  It would amuse me every time I saw it.  I would definitely grind out the 52 on that Vokey and put my initials on it though.
